Actually it inspires me to read this forum kasi it gives me hope... Hay sana magkaupdate na tayo sa ECAS this week or much better mareceive na ninyo visa niyo along with my husband... Ang hirap magantay... Walang ibang magawa kundi magdasal lang talaga...

Principal applicant is yung sponsored person. Dito kami nag order ng CAIP notes since outside canada kami.

mag pass ako ng bagong application form, ask ko lang need ko pa ba i-fill up yung IMM008DEP Additional dependents/Declaration kahit wala pa naman kaming dependents, nakalagay kasi sya sa checklist, naconfused lang kami...

April 12, 2011- interview-approved
August 2, 2011-DM
August 6, 2011-VISA RECEIVED

Although it took 1 year and 5 months, waiting is worth it. Take note, we, my husband and I, have 2 children..I came here as landed immigrant. But I didn't include him in my application. What's the reason for that delay? I really dont know the reason. Maybe, We failed to explain well our relationship history because we did not pay much attention on it, because we thought having 2 children are enough proof of our love. So, my advise, pay attention in any details that you will write in your application because it may backfire to you.

Ahh yeap, I have read somewhere that you should declare your spouse and dependents whether accompanying or not Lucky you, at least after all those wait, visa is granted. I have a friend, she got denied and still denied after appeal. She did not declare her husband when she went to Canada as a worker . When everything's ok and got her PR, she thought she can bring her husband .... She told me, there is still another chance after APPEAL, I forgot what it is .. Hope they will be granted..

Hi eych! Welcome!!! anong experience hinahanap mo? Do u mean how to apply for a spouse living in Canada at me dependent child kayo living in Manila? I just got my son over from the Philippines 2 yrs ago.....but I have been in Canada since 2001. Hope I can share some insight. Kung di kaya ng powers ko hehehehe marami tayong seniors dito at marami din tayong mababait na ka-sissies and bros na very willing na tumulong. Wag ka lang mahihiyang magtanong.

thanks sa reply TigerLily. in progress na yun application namin. antagal kasi, passport received sa CEM May 24, RPRF confirmation of receipt July 5, until now wala pa rin balita. gano pa kaya katagal from receipt nila ng payment receipt ng RPRF? ipapadala pa kasi ulit sa Canada ang passports.

I declared him in every application I made here in Canada, but as my boyfriend only, even though we have 2 children. Yes, I am very lucky! I am thankful to everyone here and to our God.

Same tayo RPRF confirmation of receipt is July 5.. No news din...Pero si Si PoP_princess same din kami ng timeline July 5 din yung confirmation pero na DM na cya ng July 13. Anu yung timeline mo?
