di ko alam kung AOR ba tawag dun..lol..my application number na sila binigay sa akin starts with F and 9 digits. basta sabi sa letter po nareceive nila yung application ko ng July 22, 2011. Sabi naman sa Ecas july 14, 2011 daw ang gulo nga eh...???

after that no news Unlike sa iba may E-Cas update or AOR.

i have a quessie po ulet. BAKIT PO BA NA DEDENY ang sponsorship ng sibling? Eh my aunt's perents, who are my grandparents of course, passed away na po matagal na. na deny daw po kasi yung sponsorship sa mom ko (sister ng aunt ko na Canadian Citizen). Papaano po bang na dedeny ang sponsorship? Will it matter po kung nagwowork ang mom ko or not? Kasi housewife po sya ngayon. She stopped working na po and malabo na rin pong kumuha sya ulet ng work sa Pilipinas kasi 49 years old na po sya. Maybe kung massponsor po sya, including us her family, magwowork po sya dun. We know po kasi families who have sponsored their sibling and their sibling's dependent family.

Either you search for a forum that is under your application category or you make a subject at family class sponsorship and relate your situation. sigurado maraming sasagot after you made a new topic.. suggestion lang naman ito, i hope di ka ma offend.

Do not worry about it trizienne.Medyo slower na ang PPR nila. Like sa batch namin, we were expecting to get one two weeks ago pa, pero today pa namin na recieve ... DM sponsor namin around july 21 to 30 ...... so give it another two weeks, and you will get yours. Who knows you will get it before 2 weeks

Sis do not worry... di ko rin naisama yung TRV denial letter... the point here is na inform natin sila about our previous TRV application that was denied.

Hi Raniloc! How did you send your explanation? I missed that question too. Ang sabi ko was No sa form but i was denied twice of TRV January and February. The first one was nag-apply ako dito sa Manila and the second was while my hubby and I were in Uganda so sa Kenya office namin isinend. As of now, hindi pa na-oopen ang application namin sa Mississauga. should we send the explanation now or dito na lang sa Manila pag na-approve na ang sponsor ko? I kept those refusal letters so I can send them anytime. Thank you.

OHHHHHH??? Isn't this SPOUSE OR FAMILY CLASS. err??? saka wala na pong ibang forum (i guess) na nagtatalk about sa query ko. and before kasi nasagot naman yung tanong ko na family class sponsorship?? saka alam ko naman na po yang sa eligibility eh. just bout sa cases na nadedeny po kasi i really have no idea bakit yung iba naman okay kahit na walang work yung sibling nila blah2. ayun po.

in my case ngsend ako ng explanation sa cpc m kc non nalamn ko nasa cpc m pa un app ko so ngsigurado ako un kc advice ng agent sa call center, but hndi sure if maad sya sa file mo if doon, kya what i did is send ko ulit cya together with aor and ppr sa cem para sure na maad cya lagay mo un file no.mo sa letter of explanation,

If I were you, order ka na ng CAIPS notes. Well, we sent ours in January. Nainip kami by May, that is whe we ordered CAIPS notes. Just to find out that our mail in the beginning of February never arrived, until now.
