HI!ask ko lang me application kasi kame for permanent residence visa april 2010 my husband is already in canada since 2008 pa pero we're planning to apply spousal visa for me and open visa/study permit for our kids, ung spouses kasi ng mga kasama nia without PR application andun na now nagapply lang sila dito sa CEM for spousal visa and processing time only took less than 6 months... in our case, will our PR application affects the processing time for the spousal and open visa na we will apply?

Anong type of permanent residence visa po ang inaplayan nyo last April 2010?

Ang spouse visa ay permanent residence visa din kasi. At Mas mabilis talaga pag spouse kasi yan ang priority nila Family reunification.

thanks, FSW1 with AEO iconfirm ko rin with my husband as per sa lawyer namin for the PR application no conflict daw pro la kasi me nabasa from the forum na nagaapply for spousal and me pending PR application. :(

we plan sana to apply na lang for spousal visa para dun na lang nmin antayin ung result ng PR application.

tama si mrsh ang spousal visa ay permanent residence na
kung kukunin ka nya under Spousal Visa kasama na dun ung anak niyo hindi niyo na need kumuha ng study permit ikaw ang principal applicant then under mo mga kids mo..

question bat kayo nag FSW1 matagal talaga yan ang alam ko 3-5years ang processing nyan.. hindi ba nasabi sa inyo ng lawyer niyo na meron naman Spousal Visa? kase kung mag apply kayo ng Spousal Visa additional fee nanaman un sayang naman ung sa FSW1 nyo...anyway dapat sinabi sa inyo yan ng lawyer niyo impossible na hindi niya alam un.. unless yung lawyer niyo eh iba i mean hindi sya canadian immigration lawyer.. (mostly client nya eh going to canada)

regarding sa question kung ma kaka affect hindi ako sure about that hindi naman siguro kase sabi nga ni mrsh na priority ng canada ang family renunification..

hope anybody can help me.. we havent filed the application yet becoz my husbands birth certificate has an error. his father's name doesnt have a jr. .. what shall we do? do we have to mwait for the petition for 4 months or just send a sworn affidavit?

We started processing your application on June 14, 2011.

Medical results have been received.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision. - as of June 10 :)

For those who are still waiting,good luck and don't loose hope, sooner or later you will have your VISA.

Now, we are just waiting for the VISA, averagely ba, how long does it take? He's just in QC.
