We missed email or letter from CEM last july 27 and 15...
January 2011 i recieved letter from CEM which was FINAL NOTICE...
Sabi nila they sent email and letter last july 2010 about my addtional doc and NBI..
Thats why we requested copy of the said email dated july2010
Cem wont give copy instead ...requested addtl doc n NBI..
The main thing is in every mails we got they are only giving us like 30 45 60 days to accomply..
Why CEM gave me final notice last Jan 2011 na hinde ko na iprovide for almost 6months but they never rejected my application?
Sometimes confusing how CEM reviews our papers..
Alam nyo Prayers lang talaga maybe GOD is still love me ..
Depressing how my papers went thru but still holding faith.
Minsan i feel inggit sa inyo na DM at VISA recieved minsan naiyak ako kasi masaya ako para sa inyo...
I can feel the happiness everytime i seen someone leaving and heading for their new life in CANADA..
Kaya im very thank ful sa lahat ng nagmamalasakit sa forum na ito..

Visa officers attempt in family class sponsorship cases, to distinguish between genuine and ingenuine relationships. "Perfected Application" demanded by Visa Offices and Case Processing Centres, through careful attention to detail of your submitted application, datas, document checklists and relationship evidences. Even a tiny discrepancy, additional required document/s and bugging your Visa Officer can result unwanted delays in application processing.

Let us all remember na hindi tayo kilala ng lubusan ng ating mga case processing/ visa officers at ina-assess lang nila tayo based on the information that we provided for them. All family class sponsorship is not alike so don't just based on the timeline of an individual but the case itself. Kung nasa normal processing times naman tayo which is 9-12 months then, theres nothing we can do about it but to wait. Wait until we received an additional docs required, wait until we get to see our ECAS to Decision Made and wait until our Visa arrived. Now, if the sponsorship application consumed more than the said given normal processing time, that's when we react and bug them. Seeking an MP will know the real case status of your application.

As of me, I'd rather wait for as long as nasa normal processing time pa ang aking application. Timely progress means that they actually giving my case an attention. I'd rather let my visa officer do his job in a timely manner than getting an instant decicion made but surprisingly a refusal letter pala.

Patience is a virtue.

i know how it feels sis.looking at your timeline i can understand.But i admire you really.Alam ko how it feels to be depressed but you are a woman of strength kaya GO GO GO lang sis.Darating din ang visa.One thing that is very sure..GOD loves you and HE never ceases to love you.

just want to ask if the letter is from CEM.... or from the DMP? if you haven't passed your application yet... definitely you don't have a file yet sa CEM.... maybe the letter is from the DMP... when i had my medical examination at st luke's, they told me that if me problem sa results ko or if i need further test, inform nila ako....

just new in this forum - di pako nagpa file sa husband ko ng sponsorship, but para sa kanya yung letter sa medical - baka DMP nga kc sa pilipinas yon - may mild TB kasi sya dati so hinihingan ng another xray aside sa xray nya na ginawa. but he has to wait for 3 months kasi yung x ray after ng sputum test. he needs to leave the philippines kasi sasakay na sya ulit so, di nya natapos yung sa medical - incomplete - im planning to file everything sana on october with the medical na - kasi you can go for a medical without waiting for the letter ng embassy to undergo - nasa appendix C as i remember. ngayon ang problem ko kung makaka affect yun pag nagfile nako - kasi we dont do any actions regarding that!

pero ngayon nag start nakong gumawa ng letter na papadala sa kanina na he cannot make the
sputum test and another xray kasi nakasakay sya ngayon sa barko - he probably finish it on march - but expired n ayun kasi march ny aginawa.. so we have to re-med... kinakabahan nako kasi di pa ko nagfa file nga for him.. nagkaroon pa ng problem sa medical..

Kelangan po talaga nyang magcomply sa sinabi nung embassy. Kasi kasama yan sa requirements na isubmit sa CPC-Missasauga pag nagfile kayo ng application.
And take note po na ang sputum test ay hindi yan natatapos ng 1day lang.
Kelangan nya ng Day1, Day 2 and Day3 magsubmit ng sputum. Dapat sunod-sunod na araw.

Kung nirequire po sya for sputum test, something's suspicious sa result ng x-ray nya; example my Pulmonary scarring. Usually pag my scar (my radiopacities) na nakikita would indicate presence of TB or history of TB. Pero pulmonary scarring naman pwedeng hindi lang tb eh madami pang ibang cause. Basta ang goal mo lang po is to prove na hindi sya at the moment carrier ng mycobacteria na yan. Minsan meron mga hindi nila alam na na-infect sila pero hindi nagmanifest yung sakit dahil strong yung immune system at yun nagkakalamat lang at nakikita sa xray pero wala nang bacteria.

If he has old x-ray films in the previous years, pwede nyo po sanang ipinakita yun nung nag-undergo sya ng medical para pag nagkita na hindi namang lumaki yung scar sa lungs nya- then hindi na sya irerequire for sputum test.i compare lang nila.
Alam ko pwede niyo paring i-submit to support na wala syang TB kung my ma-iprovide po kayo.

Kung hindi naman po nya matapos yung nirerequire ng embassy na additional sputum dahil wala sya dito sa Pinas, then try to contact po ang embassy baka merong malapit na DMP ang husband mo kung saang bansa sya naroon. ;D ;D

yah may scar nga yatang nakita - so hinihingi ang old xray kaso wala na yung file dun sa pinag medicalan nya para work nya.. ibig sabihin walang problema kasi nakalis sya ng pinas.. i know di lang isang araw yung sputum.. kaya di na nga nya nagawa kasi paalis na sya ng pilipinas - so pano ko macocontact ang DMP - para sabihin na we cannot comply on that kasi wala sya sa pilipinas.. plan ko sa october pako magpasa since wala pa yung marriage contract namin sa NSO - pero ma eexpire naman yun.. kinakabahan talaga ako na baka maka affect to -

yup.. salamat sa moral support - ma eexpire din kasi yung incomplete na yun kasi wala sya sa Pinas - kukumpletuhin nya yun pagbalik sa february.. sabi naman pala ng doctor pag di nagawa back to start or zero - pero ok lang yun, di pa naman kasi ako nagpa file for him.. thank you ha! bilis naman ng processing nung sayo.. nasan kana ngayon?

Continuation of B: To renew or apply for passport at Department of Foreign Affairs
(DFA) certificate from Seminar B is required

**To avoid delay of visa processing, make sure all fees were paid, and all documents were submited.

**Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF). If this fee is not paid with the application, Canadian Embassy Manila will first contact you to send you a letter to tell you to pay. The letter goes to the person being sponsored but the fees have to be paid by the sponsor themselves. You then pay your fees online or at a bank and have to send the proof to CPC-Missassauga. Then CPC-M sends notice to the CEM that it was paid.
It takes time to get back to you to tell that the fees are paid. So it does slow down the process quite a bit. Failure to pay the fee at the time of submission of the application will result in a minimum additional two-month delay in the finalization of the application according to http://www.cnn1.net/pdf_forms/3900E.pdf

Additional documents usually requested by the embassy:
1. AOM (Advisory on Marriage) from NSO- different from Marriage Certificate; should be submitted at CPC-Missassauga together with other required documents at Country Specific Instructions-Philippines http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/guides/3905e.pdf
2. Divorce Petition- different from Divorce Certificate; usually requested from Filipino sponsors who are divorced based on experiences of posters in this forum. (For natural-born Canadian sponsors who are divorced, seems that they don't ask from you, but pls confirm at CEM)
3. Appendix A- or Additional Family Information; though submitted previously, they will still ask a copy; the letter usually comes with the AOR/PPR
4. Detailed statement of relationship with the EX (notarized)- for sponsored person with a child from their ex. Sometimes you are required to submit: Ex's I.D, a notarized letter stating the ex allows the child to be sponsored, or other document asked by the visa officer.
