Go to NSO, fill up the required form, Pay the corresponding fee.. keep your reciept and present it to claim copy of your AOM.

Update na din ecas ni hubby but still waiting for AOR pa rin hopefully next week...

We received Annie_Annie's application for permanent residence on June 02, 2011.

Medical results have been received.

Congrats to all of us here who had an updates, for sure marami na naman maDM next week.

I have two questions... I hope that someone out there has answers

1. Regarding the relationship history - does it matter whether the sponsor or applicant writes this?

2. Does my wife, who is in the Philippines, need to make an appointment to see the DMP or is it a walk-in style clinic?

Any help someone could provide would be appreciated! Thanks in advance...

2.) No need to book an appoinment, most DMP clinic in the Philippines is on a first come first serve basis.

1.) Any of you can write this one.
2.) No need to book an appoinment, most DMP clinic in the Philippines is on a first come first serve basis.

I came to this thread to ask this very question! Do we need an appointment to see a DMP, and it looks like we don't. We will be seeing the one in Baguio.

As a continuation this question......

Will we get the results right away, or do we need to go back in a few days or ???

Also.....

For the Police clearance from NBI, is this something that we can get quickly or does it take a long time

And....

For an original copy or her birth certificate, and marriage certificate from NSO....how long does that take?

hi FILIPINA ask ko lang if okay lang ba na maynapadala akong picture sa embasy.. medjo nalito kasi ako sa apendix A and B... kaya i sent 4photos with my passport.. im so worried kasi i saw your note na dont send photo if they didnt ask for any...

well actually @yvettejeanne since kasama sa checklist ang canadian visa photo nagenclosed din kami nyan ng anak ko sa application namin, forgot how many na nga since last april pa yun.
