Hello

I am planning to sponsor my husband - kakasal lang namin last february - but he is working as seaman
beofre sya sumakay last april nagpa medical na sya nung march but nagkaroon ng problem
he has to go sputum test and another x-ray nanaman but 4 months ang aantayin para sa magpa xray ulit after the sputum test daw
kaso need na nyang umalis ng Pilipinas. in short - di nya nakumpleto ang medical - kahapon may letter daw from embassy na sabi
URGENT para kumpletuhin yung sa medical. kinakabahan ako if makaka affect pag nag sponsor nako sa october sa kanya yung medical na di namin nagawan ng action - but he plano namin gawin yun pagbalik nya sa Pilipinas on February.. thinking na ma eexpire din naman yun sa march
ang problema ko talaga kung questionable ba yun na we did not do any actions about the medical? does it affect the processing? but i did not file anything yet - sa October pako magpapasa... inuna lang namin ang medical pero may problema pala..

Kelangan po talaga nyang magcomply sa sinabi nung embassy. Kasi kasama yan sa requirements na isubmit sa CPC-Missasauga pag nagfile kayo ng application.
And take note po na ang sputum test ay hindi yan natatapos ng 1day lang.
Kelangan nya ng Day1, Day 2 and Day3 magsubmit ng sputum. Dapat sunod-sunod na araw.

Kung nirequire po sya for sputum test, something's suspicious sa result ng x-ray nya; example my Pulmonary scarring. Usually pag my scar (my radiopacities) na nakikita would indicate presence of TB or history of TB. Pero pulmonary scarring naman pwedeng hindi lang tb eh madami pang ibang cause. Basta ang goal mo lang po is to prove na hindi sya at the moment carrier ng mycobacteria na yan. Minsan meron mga hindi nila alam na na-infect sila pero hindi nagmanifest yung sakit dahil strong yung immune system at yun nagkakalamat lang at nakikita sa xray pero wala nang bacteria.

If he has old x-ray films in the previous years, pwede nyo po sanang ipinakita yun nung nag-undergo sya ng medical para pag nagkita na hindi namang lumaki yung scar sa lungs nya- then hindi na sya irerequire for sputum test.i compare lang nila.
Alam ko pwede niyo paring i-submit to support na wala syang TB kung my ma-iprovide po kayo.

Kung hindi naman po nya matapos yung nirerequire ng embassy na additional sputum dahil wala sya dito sa Pinas, then try to contact po ang embassy baka merong malapit na DMP ang husband mo kung saang bansa sya naroon. ;D ;D

i-review mo yung mga copies ng application nyo, your side and sponsor's side. since you expected na rin na maiinterview ka, perhaps you already knew discrepancy and weakness atleast na kailangan ng clarification. ireview mo na rin yun para clear ang sagot mo sa v/o na mag interview sayo. natural ka nerbyusin pero maguumpisa naman yan sa basic questions to warm you up. take note, hinde lang ang questions and answers ang noted ng v/o kundi pati na ang facial expressions, emotions mo and body language. nasabi kase yan ng sorority sister ko na visa officer din ng cem.

take it easy at malamang kasabay mo na umuwi ang passport with visa

Hi perzlab21,

In your case, your DMP is giving your husband a chance to clear his medical issues. If your husband do not comply with DMP's "Urgent" request in a timely manner, DMP will assume that your husband is hiding something about his health and does not wish to subject himself to the said request. Once it was noted, the DMP will make a negative remarks along with his uncleared medical condition and finalized a medical result which will be submitted to Canadian Embassy Manila.

yeah thats true you i bet ur husband is just away so explain to them
provide them proof like passport copy that he left for work this month date etc... thats why he cant accomply on the said request for more examination.
Make a copy of his passport which im sure it has the date of arrival n departure...
Or else if ever they can provide medical practitioner where your husband currently staying ...im sure he can arrange the appointment.
I know they can relate to your case or aware na rin sila..coz marami na rin cguro naging conflicated ang case like urs...

Sabi nila they sent email and letter last july 2010 about my addtional doc and NBI..
Thats why we requested copy of the said email dated july2010
Cem wont give copy instead ...requested addtl doc n NBI..
The main thing is in every mails we got they are only giving us like 30 45 60 days to accomply..
Why CEM gave me final notice last Jan 2011 na hinde ko na iprovide for almost 6months but they never rejected my application?
Sometimes confusing how CEM reviews our papers..
Alam nyo Prayers lang talaga maybe GOD is still love me ..
Depressing how my papers went thru but still holding faith.
Minsan i feel inggit sa inyo na DM at VISA recieved minsan naiyak ako kasi masaya ako para sa inyo...
I can feel the happiness everytime i seen someone leaving and heading for their new life in CANADA..
Kaya im very thank ful sa lahat ng nagmamalasakit sa forum na ito..
Kung pede nga lang na kapalaran nyo maging kapalaran ko..
Salamat sa lahat ng concern and alam natin na darating din kami sa lugar nyo ngayon.

We started processing hubby's application on June 14, 2011.

Medical results have been received. - (This appeared June 9, then updated to this today)
