CONGRATS PO SA LAHAT NG DM AND MAY VISA NA!!!!

may mga questions lng po ako and i hope u can help me with this...

under background/declaration:

***. about personal history: From year/month __ to year/month (ex: from 2008/06 to 2011/(?) ok lng po ba word na "present" nalang ang ilagay or talagang dapat specific month (what if presently working p po up to the present??? kse naicip ko lng bka kung ang ilagay ko is 2008/06 to 2011/05 (bka isipin po nila na resigned na ako)... so anu po talaga ang dapat ko ilagay??? thanks

ok gamitin ang "present", i.e. 2008/06 to present.

*** next question ko is for example the address in MALABON CITY, need pa ba indicate ang province/state or district?? kse ang usual address na ginagamit ko sa letter is #1 ____ Street, Malabon City, Philippines (should i make it complete pa like #1____ Street, Malabon City 1470 , Metro Manila, Philippines??? dpat po ba is lageng may zipcode and super complete talaga??

Under APPLICATION TO PERMANENT RESIDENCE
*** dun po sa space reserved fo applicant's photo, do i have to stick my picture na in that part
or sila na po ang bahala dun basta ipadala ko lng yung 9 immigration photos na needed????

Do not stick the picture on the application form. ilagay mo lang sya sa separate envelope. lagyan mo ng label para madali nilang makita sa package mo.

Under nman po sa form ng SPONSOR:
*** under sa person being sponsored ang nilagay na husband ko na name ko is single name ko pa, should i change it na to my married name??? kse passport ko is married name ko nman na ang nakalagay...

Kung lahat ng documents mo eh married name na, use your married name.

*** and sa mga tick boxes po answerable by YES or NO, sa sponsor po is he has to write "x" on the box of his answer, sa applicant nman po (sa akin) e "check sign" nman po, tama po ba?????

hope someone can help me with this, T H A N K S !!!

just follow the instructions , kung sabi write "x", use "x", kung check sign, use check sign po.

hi oo taga mandaue po ako ikaw saan exactly............hindi pa waiting papo ako sa rprf request last dec. papo ako nag apply pero wala pa ang request..........may taga cebu bago lang siya na dm the other night so nice shes from danao city....ikaw bago kalang ga apply last feb.

wait ka lang ng konti....

i noticed na sa ecas ko in process ako by May 4 then May 4 din issued visa ko..ang bilis pala visa na agad...so means to say May 4 din pala ako naDM i just assume may 7 kasi that date ko lang nakita at first na DM na ko..hehehe...im so happy...
for those who still waiting have faith and just BELIEVE,always be OPTIMISTIC guys!!!

ahh i see what type of application your in btw why is your rprf late?
sorry i don't know much about different stuff on different applications hehehe.
uu nga that's really nice congrats sa kanya sana tayo na din soon. my hubby sent my application last feb, 3 months exactly today got my PPR last April 29 so i really hope i'll be DM soon. hehehe

Based on CFO's site, no need na magparesrve prior ng attendance ng PDOS..

Do i need to phone there before coming to ensure my attendance?.. Kasi im planning to go there on Monday, e hassle nmn kung d nman pala q maeentertain if ever.. Sayang nmn kung uuwi pa q, fr provnce pa kasi aq e.. Thanks much!

yeah you dont need to/..just be there early in the morning to be sure they can accommodate you...i went there b4 , just walk-in...

advice ko lang wag kana muna punta dun sa CFO quirino, dun nalng una sa taft..sa may tabi ng Banco De Oro then pagkatapos ng seminar tska ka punta sa CFO sa quirino para sa sticker...ganun kasi ginawa ko...kaya sa quirino nako punta sa monday agahan ko kasi tapos na ko seminar sa taft sa tapat lang ng La salle tabi ng BDO...
