CEM email sa lawyer then forwarded ng lawyer sken..
Na miss nila ang email ng july 15 and 27 that's what CEM told me sa letter na send nila last jan 2011(Final notice)
My lawyer sent email n fax to cem for the copy of july 2010 emails which they ignored instead gave us the requested document last july2010
I requested also my lawyer to change the address on mine para direct na ang cem sken
So may lawyer requested for another 90 days extension or else refusal ang case ko...
They gave us 90 days.
Last april 2011 embassy requested us for another medical examination..expired na ang med ko (letter)
Which CEM will be able to receive on may 17,2011
Everythings sent already...hoping mag dm na ako

yes mahirap pag may representative ka........lalo na lawyer? kasi after mo magbayad parang wala na silang care sayo.......but anyway may improvement naman ang file mo ngayon nag sent kana sa mga req. docs nang embassy 1 to 2 months dm kana yan......lets keep on praying.....im also waiting but waiting for rprf request ..so yjng case mo na change mo na ang address so ang visa mo direct na yan sayo di na sa lawyer....good luck.....yes totoo yan may mga vo na strict meron ding mabuti tingnan mo yung eba in a metter of 3 months may visa na sila......you have kids sa application mo or ikaw lang?

ung MP ung member of parliament... kung beyond processing time na kau pwede kau tumawag sa MP para mafollow up nila ung application niyo... sila tutulong sa inyo

sobrang higpit... may daughter ako kasama ko...
actually yung dating sec ng lawyer na fired out na kasi daming reklamo kaya personally lawyer na hawak ng case ko.
mabilis naman ang processing nila compare to US kung complete lang ..
The more they requested addtl doc the more matatagalan..
kaya yung iba 3 or 6 months lang alis na agad kasi complete.
Malas lang kami kasi useless ang lawyer namin...

okey may daughter karin pala .....ako din 2 kids ang accompanying ko...sabi nila pag may accompanying matagal daw pero marami akong nabasa nakakuha naman nang visa within 4 months..........plus so lucky this year compared last year.......ang bilis ngayon..........pero hard to compare ibat ibang case tayong lahat........well we will just keep on praying............totoo yan about sa lawyer hehehe.....just stay here and read para pang lipas oras.....where are you in pinas.........yung hubby mo saan siya sa canada

Got a quick question lang po. If ever mag resign na wife ko who is my sponsor and lipat ng work in Canada then we'll update her ecas contact address na lang since approved sponsor na siya. My problem is we declared in our application that we intend to live in Banff but if lilipat siya ng work sa Calgary we'll be changing our place of living. Will it affect our application? or I will just tell the immigration officer that I'll be staying in Calgary instead of Banff as declared in the application. Thanks in advance for your replies ... i noticed na sa ecas ko in process ako by May 4 then May 4 din issued visa ko..ang bilis pala visa na agad...so means to say May 4 din pala ako naDM i just assume may 7 kasi that date ko lang nakita at first na DM na ko..hehehe...im so happy...
for those who still waiting have faith and just BELIEVE,always be OPTIMISTIC guys!!!
