Hi! Long time no read hehe ;D... congrats to all who received their visas and got DM... stay stress free and Happy

Got a quick question lang po. If ever mag resign na wife ko who is my sponsor and lipat ng work in Canada then we'll update her ecas contact address na lang since approved sponsor na siya. My problem is we declared in our application that we intend to live in Banff but if lilipat siya ng work sa Calgary we'll be changing our place of living. Will it affect our application? or I will just tell the immigration officer that I'll be staying in Calgary instead of Banff as declared in the application. Thanks in advance for your replies ... Hi simplytin....waiting ka na rin pala...my husband received DM letter last May 4 and I'm still waiting....kakaiba feelings noh! parang mas nakaka-inip at nakaka-kaba pag DM na...I'll pray for all of you guys sana dumating na VISA natin..God bless all!

sa akin expected ko matagal dadating visa ko kase mang gagaling ng canada gawa ng representative namin...kaya sa kanila muna pupunta yun then papadala nila sa akin

Hello po. just want to clarify lang, should I go for a medical exam first before sending the application forms to my hubby in Canada or send the forms first before mag medical?

Hello im back...eto d2 pa rin sa pinas...
Im so disappointed kasi may na miss na email from CE- Manila last July 2010..
6 months kaming nakatunganga yun pala may additional doc pang kailangan..
kaya eto stocked pa rin ako.
May final noticed na dumating sken last jan about sa response ko from their email as of july 2010..
Imagine 6 months nasayang yun pala may kulang pa.

My lawyer is totally useless.....
I already sent the requested docs and hoping iconsider nila assesstment ko nuon...
Sana mag dm na tayo..
Ilang gray hair n wrinkles ang inaabot natin while waiting.....
Nakakapanlata mag wait...
Kakaibang pakiramdam parang lagi kang tamad kumilos everyday everytime u seen ur status in process no upgrade...hahaha:'(

Hi Mrs. M. ...medical ka na para sabay na sa application kit pag-submit mo...ganun po ginawa ko...para mabilis ang process nila...I was send our medical cert March 31...my husband filed it on Aprl 11...Embassy received it April 14 and they send DM to my husband April 28.

hi wow ang daming months na naka stocked ka .......so your using representative? yung lawyer mo,im curious who got the email but na miss nyo? na delete na siya?

anyway may final noticed kang natanggap im sure they will consider......mag find ways ang embassy kung bakit di ka kaagad maka reply sa kanila bec. sometimes we cant receive the email or ang regular mail mawala...........good luck keep us updated here medyo matagal na ang application mo? when is the last doc sine send mo sa embassy? if ever matagal parin ask help sa MP mo kasi over na yung processing time mo.

Hi Simplytin...you were the one who asked for the website of the official form for the list of things in the luggage no? Na download mo na ba? If not pa, google mo lang sa search bar yung "B4E Personal Effects Accounting Document". Make two copies. If possible, keep one also for yourself.

CEM email sa lawyer then forwarded ng lawyer sken..
Na miss nila ang email ng july 15 and 27 that's what CEM told me sa letter na send nila last jan 2011(Final notice)
My lawyer sent email n fax to cem for the copy of july 2010 emails which they ignored instead gave us the requested document last july2010
I requested also my lawyer to change the address on mine para direct na ang cem sken
So may lawyer requested for another 90 days extension or else refusal ang case ko...
They gave us 90 days.
Last april 2011 embassy requested us for another medical examination..expired na ang med ko (letter)
Which CEM will be able to receive on may 17,2011
Everythings sent already...hoping mag dm na ako
Napa higpit ng VO na na assign sa case ko.

yes mahirap pag may representative ka........lalo na lawyer? kasi after mo magbayad parang wala na silang care sayo.......but anyway may improvement naman ang file mo ngayon nag sent kana sa mga req. docs nang embassy 1 to 2 months dm kana yan......lets keep on praying.....im also waiting but waiting for rprf request ..so yjng case mo na change mo na ang address so ang visa mo direct na yan sayo di na sa lawyer....good luck.....yes totoo yan may mga vo na strict meron ding mabuti tingnan mo yung eba in a metter of 3 months may visa na sila......you have kids sa application mo or ikaw lang?
