Hi everyone! Nice to be on the same boat as everyone else is. I am also just waiting for my Visa as decision has been made last weekend but...I was just wondering how anyone can tell if the decision is approved or rejected? Last May 1, it just says decision is made but it could still be a no right? I guess, after the long wait, I still do not wanna celebrate because I do not have the visa yet...hehe.

Hi everyone! Nice to be on the same boat as everyone else is. same lang po tau last may 1 nadm me. w8 lang cguro natin itong darating na wk saka sa mga ksabayan ko d2 sa forum na nadm ang alam ko d p rin nila resib ung visa nila. just relax and wait...

repost ko lang po ulit yung tanong ko,, dun kasi sa document checklist e may nakalagay na "proof of medical exam", pano po ba makakakuha nito, pwede bang magrequest yung husband ko ng copy ng medical result nila sa nationwide? tapos na kasi silang magmedical e sa sept. 2011 na nga maeexpire...ty ulit

In our case kasi kasabay ko silang nagpamedical last September pa, and yung result is already forwarded to the embassy na, however, wala naman sa aming binigay na form na proof na nagmedical na kami yung nationwide, but definitely nasa embassy na yung result namin dahil nabigyan na ako ng visa e,, any idea? pwede kaya kami mag request sa nationwide ng certificate of medical exam?

Thanks for the reply MRS.VIP AND SIMPLYTIN. sorry for the capslock Mrs.vip! i just did it so my message could be visible to you guys. so, you mean they sometimes don't update the ecas? and from the status "we received your application on.." it goes directly to sending the visa without going through the status "in process" and "decision made" hmmm..i hope that would gonna be our case SIMPLY TIN. i dont care anymore if they change the status or not, but i am hoping they could send the visa anytime this may because my husband is supposed to be going home end of this month, he already got his leave from work, just waitng for the visa so he could buy our ticket back home but if the visa won't come until third week of may he will be forced to move his leave and that means more days of waiting!

About your question SIMPLYTIN about the additional requirements. On mid-feb i received two letters from the immigration. the first letter was asking me to fill out appendix A and send my passport. the second letter is asking me to send additional requirement which is an FBI police certificate since i have lived in the united states for 6 months. i have sent out the appendix A and passport the same date i have received it and waited 3 weeks before i was able to send my FBI clearance and that was on march 18. so basically i have completed all the requirements needed on march 18 and just now waiting for the visa.

I just hope we would receive our visa this may..everyday is like a torture already..i miss my husband so much and that's what really makes me break down.. praying every second, hoping and wishing that tomorrow when i wake up a delivery man is already knocking on our door for a visa delivery! good thing i have found this site atleast i have some space to vent out besides shouting and crying alone in the house sometimes and getting crazy. but knowing that its not only me who's having the hard time makes me calm, reminding me that everything is ok and it's just normal..Let us all pray together! that everyone of us could get it the soonest possible time so we could be together with our loved ones! because that's what matters here! keep in touch!

MARCH 18: ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS SENT
