Huh?...ang alam ko dito na sa Manila ang processing ng lahat ng mga applications natin once naforward na sa CEM manila. How will CEM staff be affected by the election? Ang alam ko affected is with regards to the changes in Immigration with regards to sham relationships magiging thorough ang processing.

i dont know.yun ang cnabi nung mp s asawa ko.inulit p nga ng asawa ko s fone kung s ottawa nga daw.sbi nung babae oo daw. maybe ung s ottawa ung mag contact s mnila? haaaay.. its confusing me. pero sbi kc daw nung mp, duon daw sya kukuha ng info eh.haay..bahala na, wait ko na lng dumating yung visa ko.tutal,pasasaan din ba ung paghihintay ko at darating din yun. ??? ??? :

anu yun may second letter pa ba silang hininge sayo? anu nirquest pa nila after ng PP mo??
nag update naman po ba ang ecas mo since na pass mo yung PP mo last oct.?

oo..yun daw sabi ng mp na nakausap ng wife ko. yun nga rin alam ko s mississauga ang first step ng case processing then forward s manila..pero ewan bkit sbi s ottawa daw my mga info cla dun.. .maybe meron din cla dun kaya...since ottawa ang capital ng canada???.. yun din iisip namin eh. haaayy..ang gulo nmn nila ah.

ang alam ko ha lahat ng INLAND application kase sa ottawa ang bagsak just like my medical sa canada kase ako nag pamedical (pero outland application ako) and sabi sakin ng clinic sa canada sa Ottawa ang bagsak medical ko and lahat daw ng medical na Inland dun ang bagsak and ibang Inland Applicant pero bat yung sayo sa Ottawa eh outland ka. weird naman nun.

• Inquiring about the status of your application before the standard processing time has elapsed

• The applicant is not a permanent resident of the country in which he/she currently resides
• The applicant or his or her family members require an interview and resides in an area not regularly visited by immigration officials



Tama si mrs. vip...As long as nasa processing time pa it stated here don't bug about inquiring your application it will slows down processing. That's what the agency told us too never bug the immigration...we just need to wait. Cheers

"This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada which was received at the Embassy of Canada in Manila on April 11, 2011."

May additional documents silang hinihingi
- Original Passport (buti na lang red coloured na yung passport ko)
- Appendix A form na kasama na pinadala nila.. different ito sa Appendix A na document checklist for immigrant.
- Appendix B Photo Specification.
- Personal history form na kasama na pinadala nila.


Question:
1. Bakit nanghihingi sila ulit ng immigrant photos eh nag submit na ako ng 9 photos kasama nung application? I recall yung 9 photos na pinadala ko sa application ay may sulat lahat sa likod ng name and b-day ko. Di kaya ito ang dahilan kaya they are asking ulit?

2. Ilang pieces ng photos ang kailingan i-submit ulit? Walang kasing nakalagay sa Appendix B. 9 photos pa rin ba?

3. About dun sa personal history na hiningi nila ulit, i think kulang yung information na nailagay ko sa IMM0008 Schedule 1/ Background Declaration form na kasama sa application na pinadala ko kaya nanghihingi ulit sila na updated history from 18years old ako up to present. Nailagay ko lang kasi is 18years old up to year 2000, I forgot na pwede palang mag add ng additional sheet of paper to complete my history details.

4. Pag nag request na ba ng passport ibig sabihin ba nito is approve na yung visa?

My wife is in the process of sponsoring me but we are both staying in Thailand, now my questions are:

1. Does the medical exam be mailed together with the application?
2. Can I have my medical exam in Thailand?
3. Who will determine which embassy shall process our application? I want to be processed by the Manila Embassy, not the Singapore.
4. (Reserved for other questions..lol)

Please help me. All answers are appreciated.

1. nakalagay ba talaga dun na kailangan nila ng PHOTOS or nakita mo lang kase sa likod ng appendix A?
if meron sila ni request at naka sulat talaga dun then kailangan mo mag pass kung bakit sila nanghingi pwedeng nawala nila or kailangan nila we really don't know the reason bat sila nanghihingi ng additional doc kahit na pass na

2. im guessing na AKALA mo lang siguro na hiningan ka kase wala naman nakalagay kung ilan eh siguro kase nakita mo ung likod ng appendia A n may photo so akala mo hiningan ka i said nga kanina if wala naka lagay talaga dun na naka sulat mismo na nag request sila ng photo meaning wala STANDARD form ung Appendix A / Appendix B (see filipina signiture) pero kung meron nakasulat so mag pass ka na lang ng 9 tutal un naman talaga hinihinig nila

4. NO still in process pa din sila kase nanghihingi pa sila ng additional doc nagsstart pa lang sila sa pag process, sa Philippines nauuna ang Passport i-irequest para tuloy tuloy na ung process satin so sagot dito NO pwede kase may hingin pa din sila sayo..

Back to back talaga ang appendix A & B...Kung nakalagay talaga na you need to submit photos then provide. Make sure na yung personal history mo ay walang gaps from 18 up to the present. Standard procedure ng CEM to ask for the PP and some addt'l docs that are lacking then the 9 month processing times begins
