opo, yun kasi ang nirerequest nila sakin ngayon before nila i process ang papers ko. hindi ko nga alam y they're asking for FBI eh 5 1/2 months lang naman ako sa US. Ang alam ko kasi pag 6mos ka nag stay dun lang sila hihingi. Sabi pa sa letter ng CEM it would take 16-18wks bago ko makuha FBI.

ohh i see kasi almost 6 months kana eh kung hinihinge ibigay mo nalang mag request ka nalang sa US embassy.

di pa nya nabukasa ever....yung receipt number na binigay nya 10digits with one letter sa unahan....
sa client number naman 8 digits binigay ni hubby lahat numbers...ganun nga ang ginawa ko eh ayaw talaga....

nag try ako open yung akin and na open ko ulit cguro nung nag open ako dati eh may problema pa, im sure baka may mali na no. ka sa receipt no. try mo pa open sa hubby mo and check nya sa email nya ulit yung receipt no. baka may mali lang na digit.

hello everybody,

I am Dante, from the FSW post june26 thread. Last week, April 14 i got a letter from CEM saying my application is denied
kasi sabi nila hindi daw sila convinced that my Job Description fit dun sa qualifications needed para sa NOC code nila which is welding.
i was an ofw sa Edmonton, alberta 2007 to 2009 doing the same stuff kaya it is really very confusing bakit ako na deny dito
sa embassy sa atin samantalang i already have a Positive Final Eligibility review from CIO, which approves the applications namin
mga FSW applicants sa Nova Scotia.

During oct 2007 to oct 2009 that i was in Edmonton, i lived with my mother's sister (Aunt) and uncle ko. parehong caviteno, which migrated
since 1980s pa. they are citizens right now. They are both almost 70 yrs old na. my aunt is retired na, but my uncle still a caregiver at 66yrs old
earning 35$ per hour.

anybody here that thinks i can apply under Family Class program sa Edmonton, Alberta for immigrantship? or may prohibition ba right now sa
Alberta about family class program. i have a wife and 2 sons aged 7 and 2.

hoping for sound advices from you seniors here.

wrong thread ka po spousal po eto meron po thread for FSW, anyways sagutin ko na din depende po kasi yun sa province like you said sa NOVA SCOTIA ka nag apply dba? ang NOVA SCOTIA wala po sa NOC list ang welder so kaya hindi ka po pumasa sa qualifications nila mataas na points po kasi yun kung hindi ka qualified sa list ng NOC ma deny ka po talaga kailangan match yun work mo sa hinahanap nila.

eto po ang NOC list ng NOVA SCOTIA medyo konti lang ang kailangan nila.

i dont think na ma sponsor ka ng uncle and aunt mo kasi ang pwede lang nila ma sponsor is kung wala ka asawa at under age ka.bakit pala hindi ka nag apply ng PR nung nasa edmonton ka? kasi after 2 years pwede ka na apply. Ang way mo nalang po is sa Manitoba may relatives ka ba d2 sa manitoba? kasi meron d2 NOMINEE PROGRAM na pwede ka sponsoran. I hope nakatulong po to

u know what i did guys?i talked to our MP here in Winnipeg,and ask her for a help.not knowing if its right or not.hehe.
all i know is i wanted to know what's goin on in our application.haist!cause it's been 2 months since my husband submitted his passport.
it took so long.kakainip tlga.she told me that she's gonna email cem about the updates in his application.bahala na.in God's will
