PR applicant po cguro ang asawa mo right? so dependent nya kayo? kasi if spousal sponsorship dapat before i send ang docu meron na kayo medical

ohh so hindi ka po spousal bali dependent ka po ng hubby mo iba po ang processing ng inyo and iba timelines medyo matagal processing LC2 cguro ang inyo. kasi spousal sponsorship po ang thread na to maconfuse ka po kasi medyo mabilis ang processing ng spousal kaya iba ang timelines. ussually po nauuna ang PR d2 sa hubby then aantayin nyo nalang sa pinas ang result naman sa tingen ko kung medical na kayo aantay pa kayo mga 2 to 3 months or more than that kasi alam ko 18months ang processing ng LC2 eh.

hirap tlaga maghintay.sobrang swerte nga nung mga nakakuha agad ng dm khit dec or jan p cla nag apply.ako nung july 26,2010 p nagpass ung asawa ko ng application namin.nagkaroon lng ng delay s medical ko kaya october n nag start i-process papers ko. pati n rin ung pp ko..and awa ng DYOS aun,na dm n rin ako nitong april 12. sana nga ndi n nila patagalin n ipadala yung visa ko..haayystt.

FBI? u mean sa states?

opo, yun kasi ang nirerequest nila sakin ngayon before nila i process ang papers ko. hindi ko nga alam y they're asking for FBI eh 5 1/2 months lang naman ako sa US. Ang alam ko kasi pag 6mos ka nag stay dun lang sila hihingi. Sabi pa sa letter ng CEM it would take 16-18wks bago ko makuha FBI.

possible din kasi ako after na dm ni hubby dko n ma open pero nga gaya ng paulit ulit na sinasabi ko d accurate ecas and weird nga ang ecas d lahat pare pareho may d nakkabukas yung iba naman nkkabukas pero name lang naklagy meron naman dalawa dlawa naklagay n address kaya wag na mag tak kung anu meron kasi d pare pareho, d pa ba nabuksan ng hubby mo yun ecas nya? baka mali lang na enter na info kasi madami types yun e like yung sa receipt kung sa online ka nag bayad un 11 digit yata un tas id type e receipt no. kung sa pr card nman yung 8 digit then id type is client id walang dash yun dpat 8 character then bday ni huby mo and country

di pa nya nabukasa ever....yung receipt number na binigay nya 10digits with one letter sa unahan....
sa client number naman 8 digits binigay ni hubby lahat numbers...ganun nga ang ginawa ko eh ayaw talaga....

hello everybody,

I am Dante, from the FSW post june26 thread. Last week, April 14 i got a letter from CEM saying my application is denied
kasi sabi nila hindi daw sila convinced that my Job Description fit dun sa qualifications needed para sa NOC code nila which is welding.
i was an ofw sa Edmonton, alberta 2007 to 2009 doing the same stuff kaya it is really very confusing bakit ako na deny dito
sa embassy sa atin samantalang i already have a Positive Final Eligibility review from CIO, which approves the applications namin
mga FSW applicants sa Nova Scotia.

During oct 2007 to oct 2009 that i was in Edmonton, i lived with my mother's sister (Aunt) and uncle ko. parehong caviteno, which migrated
since 1980s pa. they are citizens right now. They are both almost 70 yrs old na. my aunt is retired na, but my uncle still a caregiver at 66yrs old
earning 35$ per hour.

anybody here that thinks i can apply under Family Class program sa Edmonton, Alberta for immigrantship? or may prohibition ba right now sa
Alberta about family class program. i have a wife and 2 sons aged 7 and 2.
