Bakit kaya ang tagal? Wala pa rin kaming natatanggap na AOR/PPR request from Manila Canadian embassy. Based sa ECAS, na received na ng CEM yung application namin since March 29, 2011. Anu kaya nang yari? :(

delayed lang yan po ;D ...ung sakin din before January 16 nakalagay ung date dun s letter, pero nareciv ko mga february 7 na (address ko is qc), napadala ko ung passport with the letter ng mga february 24.

you have to reply with additional docs daw within 45 days. so if ever, para makasave k n time, prepare mo n lang ung NSO certified marriage cert, advisory of marriage. optional ung NBI if u want. para pag recive mo letter mabibigay mo n kagad s embassy.

7.4. Time limit for submitting supporting documents or information

Sponsored members of the family class must submit supporting documents or information, as
described in the application guide, with their submissions. The visa office will determine whether
the submission satisfies R10 and R11 and can be considered an application and date stamped
received. Once the application is date stamped, the visa office will ensure that all required
supporting documents have been received. If the documents are missing or information is not
sufficient, inform applicants:

• that they have 90 days to provide the missing information (time frames may vary depending
on documentation required and circumstances); and
• that failure to provide missing information by the deadline may result in refusal.

The 90-day period begins on the date of the visa office's written notification to the applicant.
If missing information is submitted within the 90-day period, then processing may continue.
If applicants do not respond within the 90-day period, continue processing towards a decision. A
decision should be based on the information that is available and before the officer.
