Hello Guys,

I need your help please!!!

I got my ppr last October 11th and i am about to submit my passport anytime soon. I was confused on the items that i need to include in the Passport Request Document Package. On the Passport Request Letter, it mentioned about four (4) items ( 1. Copy of Passport Request Letter, 2. Passport, 3. two (2) Photos, 4. Completed and signed Appendix B) which are needed to be put together in one single package for submission to Visa Application Centre (VAC vfsglobal Manila)

pa din balita sa akin. ang bilis ng process ng sau. nagsama ba kayo ng partner before.

wala kaming access sa cic, peru nagpa tulong na kami sa MP
yun wala pa din balita since last month, yung MP na kasi
tumuwag sa cic canada.

wla naman akung dependent peru wala akung idea kung bakit ang bagal ng proseso mag 13 month next month.

may DM na sa PR pero wala pa ho ako email na nakuha or invite para sa orientation.

Do you any idea po kong kailan nila ibabalik passport?same kc kayo nang anak ko passport request din po sya.

In my case, it took 8 working days upon release from VAC to VFS.

Pag PPR na, gaano katagal bago nila ibalik ang passport? at gaano katagal bago mag update sa mycic? Thanks!

8 working days ang release ng passport from VAC to VFS, in my case.

After a week from PPR, you will receive an email informing you about the update of your mycic account.

hope you can give some advice please... are there cases when someone's already with PPR/VOH but cannot travel on the travel date/visa validity specified by CIC? saw cases when cic gave the applicants just a few weeks/days to fly to Canada. What if we have work and we cannot resign immediately? Normally there should be at least 1 month notice when you resign from work.

Can we ask for extension of the visa or request ahead during PPR?

Based on the CIC website, it is 13months for the Philippines. Based on the trends, it is less than 13months, approximately 6-8months. We are May2016 applicant, submitted our passport already, and just waiting for our visa. As of today, we are still less than 6months processing.

No one can tell kung kelan matatapos app nyo. If you really want to track the progress, you can order GCMS notes from time to time.

Same issue with my brother in law, what he did, he took a month holiday from work. He left to Canada before the visa expires, then he completed the immigration formalities while in Canada. He also looked after his SIN number and applied for medical care card. After everything else, he talked to the immigration to notify them of his intention to go back to Philippines to take care of unfinished business. Don't worry...they're lenient in Canada as long as you notify them ahead of time.

No idea to be honest... Today ko lng n submit yung passport ko sa vfs

alam mo umalis ako pinas noon paalam ko 1month vacation going here in doha. Tapos after a month nagresign ako from here. Then galit sympre boss ko.Pinagprayan ko na lang. Then we settled na itrain ko via skype un mga ksamahan ko as I am the lead that time. When I went back in pinas, 2013 I got backpay and certificate of employment.So pagprayan mo dear
