Good Morning, Thanks sa admin, New here.. few questions lang, asking for your kind reply. Is it ok to submit YM and Skype conversation in tagalog? or do we need pa n ipa translate in english? or is it ok to delete n lang the messages and calls na lang sa skype mag appear. and paano mag attached ng mga pictures per questions like proof of relationship, wedding.. di kc kami dadaan ng agency. di kaya ng budget. im under spousal sponsorship. wait ko lang ma renew passport ko with married name and upfront medical then mag submit n husband ko. salamat

So my wife (who is a Japanese national, still in Japan) and I received an email from the manila office last night.

(I want to post a screenshot of the email but how can i post links? forum wont let me)

I have some questions.

1. I dont understand when it says,

"YOur visa and/or confirmation of permanent residence to canada (COPR) will be valid until your initial entry to canada until 7/12/2016"

and "1. You must be able to schedule your permanent resident landing in canada before July 12, 2016"


--- My question is this - July 12th 2016 is in about 3 weeks. Does this mean my wife must come to Canada before the 12th of July?

We haven't received any physical documents or anything... Also this is really short notice - both of us have yet to make arrangements or accrue funds for things like the airline ticket.

2. A question on Appendix B - in another email that came earlier - the Manila office asked us to complete Appendix B and email it to them.

When we opened Appendix B, it says that Appendix B must be must be completed and sent back with passport(s) via VAC.

Is my wife supposed to email back a copy and ALSO send a copy to VAC + her passport?



It might just be me overreacting... I'm just very concerned... I'm happy that there's some progress on our file, but shocked that we have such little time to prepare for everything.

Upfront medical yon yong medical before application submit together mo yon ipasa sa application mo. U can do upfront just take note 1 year validity non. If your application delay may tendency na ma expires medical mo at uulit ka na naman.

just bring the original passport and other requested documents to the vac and vac will send those to CEM.

A: inde po, only to those authorize panel physician lng pwede ang pwede mag conduct ng upfront medical/re-medical

Q: Hindi na po kelangan ng hospital ng request for medical?
A: kung upfront medical po ang gaawin nyu no need ng request,,,meanwhile kung na expired ang medical mo you may need a request letter but you have to wait for the visa office to request it, dahil kadalasan ine extend nila ang medical for consideration.

Q: Basta sabhn ko lang po na magpapamedical ako?
A: Kung first time ka mag papa medical without vo request tell them "for upfront medical"
Kung first time mag paa medical with request tell them "medical request"
Kung na expired at nirequest ng vo na mag remedical show them your request letter and tell them "remedical" sometimes in re-medical they do a fewer examination and cost less than the upfront.

Hi try to lok sa website ng St.Lukes nandoon yung price nila depende sa age then mas maganda mag pa medical ka na before i submit ni hubby mo yung application niyo para ma isabay na sa mga documents yung emedical form na ibibigay seo ng clinic after mo mag pa medical that is proof that you alredy undergo medical since you are under family class you can go there without waiting for immigration for request that is upfront medical

Open this link and find clinic near you, you can call and inquire po. Mahal sa st lukes aabot ng 6k if not mistaken. If your nurse or nag work sa hospital may additional test po.

The following are the routine medical examination and fees for Canada Visa applicants:


AGE MEDICAL REQUIREMENT RATES

0-4 years old Physical examination. Php 2217
5-10 years old Physical exam, urinalysis. Php 2774
11-14 years old Physical exam, urinalysis, chest x- ray. Php 3922
15-59 years old Physical exam, urinalysis, chest x-ray, HIV, RPR (Syphilis) Php 7953
60 years old and above Physical exam, urinalysis, chest x-ray, HIV, RPR (Syphilis) Php 6,362

I suggest to have an upfront medical a week before you submit your application package,, For permanent resident applications, it normally takes three months after our medical office receives the medical examination results from the Panel Physician before we will contact you regarding the next stage of your application. This is true only if you have already complied with our other requests (e.g. to submit other documents) hence, if you wait vo to request for your medical they will put you automatically to a queue in which your file will going to revisit after the due date based on your email,,, also check the given link for further reference
