Hello, I just want to share my experience with my fellow applicants here.

So, I went to St. Lukes Extension Clinic earlier this morning for my Sputum Test. Its my first time. The collection went smooth. I need to come back tomorrow and the other day since its for 3 days. My personal doctor gave me medical certificate stating I only have scar in my right upper lobe lungs and its not active. So, it means I should not worry about the sputum results. But now I'm slightly worried kasi I saw some applicants taking drugs there. I've heard those are with positive results and they need to take it in front of nurses which means they have to go there everyday for 6 months! *(wow! what a hassle!) im worried about what if doctors there have different result and they asked me to do the same thing. so much hassle and delays. ayun. just sharing.. hoping somebody here have the same situation. Btw, I did an upfront medical.

Hi my brother in law has a scar too in his lungs but he knows it already since before thats because he has a primary complex(kinda TB for kids) when he was a kid, thats why he has that scar and so he brought his previous to xray to the panel physician showing that he has a scar long time ago and its not active. When he got his visa they attach a letter there stating that he has to go to a TB center here in canada to get it check and etc. So in short it was never a problem. Maybe it depends on the Dr the way they expalian that situation to the immigration..

May kakilala ako dito sa forum 2013 applicants ata siya. She received ppr already but got refused dahil kumplikado daw ang divorce date nang mister niya at papakasal sila uli.

Hello All, just want to share the good news!

A representative from CEM called earlier today asking me if I could leave before May 12, kasi that's the visa validity as per CEM. Of course I said Yes Yes Yes! (LOL)

Anyways, she also gave me 2 options if:
A) I could pick up the passport at the Embassy or
B) Thru Urgent DHL delivery.

I choose the URGENT delivery thru DHL after she assured me it will be sent to DHL right away, she will instruct DHL its urgent and need to be delivered within this week. (Mindanao pa kasi ako & I need a week pa naman to prepare everything so OK lang ;D

By the way, i am 25 June 2014 Applicant

I'm so happy for those na for visa stamping na.. finally your long wait is over. ako e magstart palang.. my hubby went to IOM but pinababalik siya kase madami nka appointment. hopefully first wk of May mapasa ko na application.

Hello. Sana may makapagbigay ng info about our case. We applied trv for my daughter last Feb 28 and until now walang result. Mabilis naman ang processing ng Manila, 7 days average, pero kami more than a month na wala pa din. Any idea po Kung anong nangyari? Thank you

Hi, thanks. I had primary complex din when I was a kid. Then ptb 3 years ago, had my medication and cleared but left a scar. I brought and showed my previous xray files pero the doctor said its not valid, should be 3 months ago. Thing is, I lost my older xray file. So yun she just asked for my medical certificate, but still need to do the sputum test. Maybe kaya di na nag sputum brother in law mo is because nung bata pa sya nagkaprimary. Anyway thanks for your reply.

Hi shadow, may I ask if how long did u wait for your visa? newbie here. Hubby submitted our docs on march 31. No email from Mississauga yet.
