As long as the hospital is under the accredited panel physician.. you can take your medical their. Yes, one of it is St. Lukes!

You'll only provide a copy of your passport on the initial application then once it has begun processing that's the only time they'll require you to send the passport itself. They will only request for the applicant's passport and not the sponsor's pp.

Wow... that's heart breaking.... feeling that you are almost there and getting that answer....
in the bright side, you can lower your expectations now.... your file probably will go through
the summer... and as they said... your file may be completed by October...
But they are mean when they suggest that you are good to March 24 2016...
In any case, I don't expect your file to go that far... most likely that by the end of the summer.

It looks like every visa office calculate the waiting period in different way,
but it should be since CIC receives your application
How are processing times calculated?

i am devastated. I feel that evrything in our applications has its delays. Imagine that I even had my upfront medical June of 2013. but we failed to submit it. by the way when you say summer are you pertaining on end of summer in CANADA of here in the PH? and oh, yeah . you always responds on almost evry inquires i have, you responds with sense and informative ways. thanks a lot. you also inspire people out here. Hello! We just submitted my husbands passport. Does anyone know or have any ideas on how long it will take for us to receive the visa? Will it come with COPR? Will they return our application package back through DHL after everything's been finalized? Hope someone can help. Thank you.

musta na mga October applicants here??? sana may magreply hehe! anu na nakalagay sa ecas nyo? may mga nabasa ako yung ibang Aug applicants DM na nung March. so Sept applicants this April magDM and tayong mga Oct sa May kaya magDM? hehe i hope so!! Just keep on praying...

October applicants din ako pero hindi ako tumingin sa ecas.
Mabuti na sigurong hintayin nalang email sa CEM para exciting. At sana maging totoo yong hinala mo na mag dm ang october applicants sa mayo. Keep on praying and stay positive.

Hubby received a call from CEM today. He's asked to go to cem on thurs for his visa. They also asked if he can leave before May 29 (expiration of meds and validity of visa). Ecas still says in process. No email/ mail for ppr. they said to go in the morning so he can have his visa attached to his passport by the end of the day. Anyone had this before?

May kakilala ako dito sa forum 2013 applicants ata siya. She received ppr already but got refused dahil kumplikado daw ang divorce date nang mister niya at papakasal sila uli.

Mas maganda nga yung ganyan sis na for visa stamping na lang kasi bagal pag yung normal process.
