Hello forumates.. congratulations po sa lahat ng nag SA,PPR, IP, DM at VISA on Hand..

I have some queries po regarding our application. On September 24 po my husband received an email from CEM requesting for another Saudi Arabia police clearance. I have sent them my saudi police clearance. However, my saudi police certificate is more than three months po from the time it was available at the police station in saudi (I got it almost 1 month after that and less than 1 month before I go home to the Philippines). I hoped against all hopes that they will not request another police clearance from saudi because nabasa ko rin sa mga forums na CIC knows that Saudi pcc is very hard to obtain once the former resident is already outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Yung iba nga na waive pa yung requirement na ito. After po namin nareceive yung email, I have exerted every possible effort and had these efforts documented para i send ko din via email to CEM.

My problem now is they are requesting this police certificate within 30 days. I am afraid that it won't be available within that specified time. Ang haba po ng process. Right now, nasa DFA pa lang po yung finger print card ko for authentication and makukuha ko po yun sa October 9. Then isesend ko sa representative ko sa Saudi through courier collect, then, ipupunta nia pa sa Philippine Embassy then sa Ministry of Foreign Affairs then sa Saudi police station kung saan magtatagal pa ng 1 week before makuha ng representative ko then i me mail niya na sa akin through courier collect at ipapa certify true copy ko pa at ipapa translate. Kailangan ko isend sa CEM before October 24. Possible kaya na bgyan ako ng extension na longer than 30 days if I email them about this concern? haaayyyy, any ideas po? thank you po.

Nka pag seminar na ako sis..kasi required sa DFA yung CFO certificate pra magamit q family name nang hubby ko sa passport ko. Pag may Visa na ako babalik parin ako sa CFO pero sticker nlng kukunin ko. Sa Ontario din ako sis.

Ang pagka alam q sis bago mo malagay ung timeline mo dpt mka post ka dito more than 10posts

para mga iba ng citizenship.. need ng exit clearance bago makalabas ng bansa kahit pa dati kay pinoy o anak ng pinoy basta hindi dual at hindi filipino citizen

Ah okey akala ko kasi may ibang exit clearance pa aside from those Canadian Citizen born in the Philippines and not Philippine Passport holder. Sa pagkakaalam ko regarding exit clearance 3days processing daw yun so mga 2,500-3k plus penalty na 2,100/year if ilang taon na si baby, tapos dapat may OR na and it's valid for 30 days only kuha lang sa any BI office.

Thank You so much Breises. So, you mean, a mailed letter through a courier collect will help? Kasi I sent them an email about asking for extension, pero ang response lang is the automated response. Salamat.

We are on the same ground right now. Ang hinihingi naman sakin is my FBI Clearance which until now is still on process. Ganyan talaga ang embassy pag nagemail ka sa kanila about 9days bago sila magreply. With my fbi clearance, 12weeks ang anticipated processing. End of july pa sakin nirequest ng embassy isubmit ko yun. Inemail ko sila and i told them kung anong situation. Nagreply sila after 7days saying a 90days extension is granted to submit the lacking document. But please submit it the soonest once available to avoid further delays in processing of my application. Iupdate mo lang sila iggrant yang extension. God bless to us.. yun na lang ang very last document na kelangan ko isubmit yet very challenging pa.

hi I'm a newbie here..actually nagbabasa Lang ako Sa mga comments Nyo Kasi nag aantay Lang din ako ng katulad kong Inip na Inip na Sa kahihintay kung kelan ibalik ang PP ko with visa na..

Sana earlier na para doon na tayo lahat Sa Canada maki thanks giving na..anyways,,I just want to share my timeline..December 23 sponsorship approve..our document was sent to CIC january 4..June 25,PPR and Hk PC request..sent naman na ang PP ko June 27, at ang hk PC ko,3 to 4 weeks pa I forward daw ng hongkong Sa CIC...then we saw in my Ecas..July 24,on process na..then CIC emailed me to have my remed Kasi na expired ng September 19..so done na naman on September 21..2 week daw bago nila I forward ang med ko sabi Sa hospital...now ang tanong ko po...gaano na naman po kaya katagal ang processing time pag ganyan na bagong medical na naman?..plss.kung meron pong katulad ng sakin..I really appreciate po kung masagot nyo..thank you po..
