I have some queries po regarding our application. On September 24 po my husband received an email from CEM requesting for another Saudi Arabia police clearance. I have sent them my saudi police clearance. However, my saudi police certificate is more than three months po from the time it was available at the police station in saudi (I got it almost 1 month after that and less than 1 month before I go home to the Philippines). I hoped against all hopes that they will not request another police clearance from saudi because nabasa ko rin sa mga forums na CIC knows that Saudi pcc is very hard to obtain once the former resident is already outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Yung iba nga na waive pa yung requirement na ito. After po namin nareceive yung email, I have exerted every possible effort and had these efforts documented para i send ko din via email to CEM.
My problem now is they are requesting this police certificate within 30 days. I am afraid that it won't be available within that specified time. Ang haba po ng process. Right now, nasa DFA pa lang po yung finger print card ko for authentication and makukuha ko po yun sa October 9. Then isesend ko sa representative ko sa Saudi through courier collect, then, ipupunta nia pa sa Philippine Embassy then sa Ministry of Foreign Affairs then sa Saudi police station kung saan magtatagal pa ng 1 week before makuha ng representative ko then i me mail niya na sa akin through courier collect at ipapa certify true copy ko pa at ipapa translate. Kailangan ko isend sa CEM before October 24. Possible kaya na bgyan ako ng extension na longer than 30 days if I email them about this concern? haaayyyy, any ideas po? thank you po.
