Hi im a newbie here, i dont know if im in the right topic need ko lang po help niyo. my bf's papers are currently in process through mercan, just want to ask if we get married while in process yung application nia mag kakaproblema po kaya sya? plano kasi nia is before umalis mag pakasal kme tpos sa canada nalang sya mag papachange status so he can start processing yung papers ko para makuha nia ako... please help or direct me sa right topic thanks po Smiley

in my opinion thats not a good idea kasi ang nasa application nia is single.. So even he got through all the process ngayon pag nag change sia ng status pag nasa canada sia ma ku question sya why hindi nia dineclare.. Kay my online service sila na pwede ka mag palit ng status while in process so i suggest inform nio agad immigration pag ikakasal kau.They are really sensitive with this matter.. Kasi makikita nmn ung date ng kasal nio at release ng papers nia. Kung nauna ung date ng kasal sa date of arrival nia sa canada iisipin nila magiging misrepresentation ang status ng asawa mo and that is considered FRAUD just ssayin.. Good luck Smiley

Tama si Oweng, saka dapat the best thing to do ay dapat kung magpapakasal kayo ng bf mo dapat before dumating visa nya tumawag sya agad or mag email sa CEM para idagdag ka nya sa application nya. Kasi kung magpapakasal kayo bago sya umalis di ka pa rin nya makukuha kasi ibabase nila kung gaano kayo katagal magkarelasyon bago sya nagland sa Canada. May nabasa akong case dati dito sa forum back in 2010-2011 nung bago palang ako dito sa forum. Habang binabasa ko yun naiyak talaga sobra akong nadala dun sa story.

Yung lalaki under petition sya ng parents nya papunta dito sa Canada tapos habang naka filled yung application ng lalaki nakilala nya yung gf niya at paminsan minsan nag iistay yung babae sa lalaki hanggang sa nabuntis yung babae tapos nanganak na yung babae tapos nagpakasal sila. One day dumating yung visa nung lalaki siguro di nya binasang mabuti or di nya nabasa yung letter na kasama ng COPR at Passport with VISA. May letter dun na naka attached na bago ka magland sa Canada kung may gusto kang changes na baguhin. Hanggang sa umalis na yung lalaki at nagland na sa Canada. Ang pagkakamali nya di nya dineclare yung mag ina nya at di na dineclare ang status nya kasi natakot sya na baka magkaproblema ang pag alis nya. One day, dumating yung araw na naisipan nya na ipetition ang mag ina nya, sa stage 2 process nareveal yung di nila inaasahan na pangyayari nadeny yung mag ina nya kasi di sila nadeclare ng sponsor yung lalaki bago siya nagland ng Canada.

Sobrang nakakalungkot yung story na yun grabe as in iyak talaga ako, di ko maalala kung nag comment ako sa post na yun na dinadamayan ko sya sa sakit na nararamdaman nya yung babae ang nagpost English ata ang kwento nya di ko masyadong maalala. hubby got a call from embassy today asking if he's ok with july 16, natense daw sya so sabi na lang nya will confirm with my wife first. so they said they will call again tomorrow. Can he call them back instead of just waiting for their call? Thank you!
