bakit may already in canada ka pa??? kapag walng anak N/A.. dapat talaga asawa mo lang nakalagay dyan... if you had doubt,, nagkavisa na yung applicant.. yung inisponsoran... dahil sya lang ang nakalagay sa Appendix A di na kasama yung sponsor... kaya ganyan yang form na yan.... gamit din yan sa Provincial nominee

Much better kung kumuha kana especially kung nag stay ka sa Singapore ng 6 consecutive months or higher para less hassle incase na umuwi ka meron kana at pag nirequest na sayo ng CEM hawak mo na.

thanks sa rply isa papo. Kasi hinahanapan ako ng police authorities ng letter from canada embassy na need ko kumuha ng police kasi naka indicate sa form kung san gagamitin pwede ilagay ko for work nlng hindi for canada para bigyan nila ako. Then wala ba maging problem yun ss. CEM? Thanks.

Trewmenn is right Cathy. I put N/A to that column kaseh c hubby nasa canada na and he's my sponsor so they dont really need those details at all. I was a bit bothered at first kaseh d ku nilagay but our immig rep told us it doesnt matter. They only need my details. God bless sa app nyo!

Hi lyka. Much better cguro if you'll send photos kaseh para recent photo ung nasa visa mo. Just send 3. They'll give u back naman the photos if they dont need them. Just in case me minor changes the way you look. Baka lalo ka gumanda now I hope that helps... God bless sa app mo.

Hi! Ask ko lng pwede naba ako kumuha ng Pc dito sa Singapore kahit wala pa request ang Cem kasi hanggang August 5 nlng ako dito. Balik nako pinas. Thanks hope somebody answer me.

Hi po, alam ko po di pwede. Required po na may letter kayo from Canadian Embassy bago sila mag release ng PC dito sa Singapore. Di ko lang po alam kung pwede nyo sabihin na for other purpose. Kasi nong punta ako don, may isa for Canada application din, hinihingi sa kanya ung Request letter from Canada Embassy.

Information from Singapore Police Force website:
8.All applicants must complete the Certificate of Clearance application form in full and submit it with the necessary supporting documents: a.A set of applicant's fingerprint impressions (ten prints). Applicants applying in person will be fingerprinted at COC office at the time of application. For application by post from overseas, the applicant must submit a set of his/her fingerprint impressions taken by a qualified Fingerprint Officer at a Police Station or an authorized office of the country he/she is now residing.
b.A photocopy of applicant's valid passport. (Bio page only)
Two recent passport-sized photographs. An instant photo machine is available outside COC Office for your convenience.
c.Photocopy of document from relevant consulate/immigration authority/government bodies to establish that the certificate is required by such authority. All documents are to be translated to English if written in other languages.

Q3. Applicant is yung nasa Pinas ano? Then dapat pa ba ilagay yung spouse sa appendix A kahit nasa Canada na siya?

A1: yes you can submit appendix B as well kahit Appendix A and passport lng hinihingi.
A2: LBC . For me di na need ng may magsisign basta may tracking number ka and tama yung address ng pagsesendan okay na po yun.
A3: yes yung applicant na nasa Pinas yung dpat ilagay sa Appendix A. Yung tanong nio po kung dpt ilgay pa yung spouse kahit nasa Canada na ang hindi ko po sigurado.
