Maple tree's post stired up the mood in this forum.. Now it also bothers me.In my opinion it seems like their marriage was'nt propely registered at the NSO.

sa tingin ko nung nag apply siya hindi complete yng paper niya kaya hinanapan siya nang AOM at saka maaga siya kinuhaan nang PPR kaya lang ang mga document niya ay hindi pa lahat na check kaya saka lang nila nalaman. Sa tingin ko yng mga matagal nag PPR yng mga document nila na check na.

oh they did not request for my nbi when i received my passport request just the AOM. I was just saying that when i was gathering my documents, it was like you really needed to make an effort and time to get those certificates.

Baka hindi nag tally ang information yung AOM na sinubmit nya kasama ng passport at ang CENOMAR na sinubmit nya nung nag submit ng application. Pero walng kinalaman ang katagalan ng passport request. Pare-pareho ang chinecheck nila bago mag passport request.

Hi princessice ..juz curious here.. dba once our MC released from NSO it means its Legit and registered already?? wat do you think the problem here with Mapple Tree case? thanks

It could be many things why the immigration officer deemed that their NSO cenomar and advisory on marriage fraudulent.

My opinions are

1. There could be a first marriage of the filipino spouse which they did not declare to the embassy.
2. The Filipino spouse could be still married which the embassy could not acknowledge the marriage to the sponsor since the spouse is still married when they took their civil rite.
3. It could be that their marriage wasnt properly registered. It does not coincide with the time their license to get married differs from the date the marriage was registered to the NSO office (NSO is much earlier than that of the local civil registry office).
4. There are some error to the names / birthdate etc on the marriage certificate.
5.or when getting the certificates the spouse just asked some fixer to get the certificate which the fixer just print it on his own..

malaman talaga may problema sa nso nila kaya alam nang embassy hindi natin sila maloloko.

I am really not sure. She needs to verify from the Local Civil Registrar and get a copy of their TRANSMITTAL form. This is the proof that their papers were forwarded to NSO. I believe CIC verifies all submitted forms at each respective agency (NBI,NSO etc.) where the forms/certificates issued on security papers were issued to validate authenticity. She Needs to produce that their records are indeed authentic through NSO mismo.

i think kapag sa NSO mismo ka kumuha legit yon and tanung lang eh sa mismo ba NSO ba kinuha or baka fixer kaya ganun nangyari

sana nga po MrsP. Gusto ko ng malamn resulta eh..nakaktakot kasi nabasa mo ba yung post ni maple tree.. ngPPR na sya tapos hiningian din sya ng additional docs like advisory on marriage. tapos dahil dun narefuse sila fraudulent daw yun.

CENOMAR CErtificate of NO MARriage. Sa pagkakaalam ko hindi na humihingi ng cenomar ang cem pag mag ppr kana

Cenomar po if hindi p kasal tpos AOM nman po if kasal n,,kya wag po kau mg alala..AOM nlang ang hihingin ng embassy if ever n hingan k pa..

cenomar po ad aom isa lng po sya. pag married ka aom bigay sayo pag single cenomar.
