Hello guys! We got problem to our application, do we need to get an immigration lawyer to do the right of appeal? :'(
Because my sponsor was found not eligible due to he was a spouse of another person! But that paper was wrong, he needs to clear things up. Gather the papers/documents that says he was divorced long time ago not on May 2013. According to the CIC letter they forwarded the application to a visa office for consideration, a final decision shall be made and will be communicated to the sponsor & the sponsored person. Instructions regarding the Right to Appeal will be issued as applicable by the visa office. The right to appeal may only be exercised after the visa officer has rendered a final decision. Then to the last paragraph it says; Should you need to submit additional information to your application you may contact the visa office by e-mail, fax or writing in Canadian Embassy Manila.

What is the best to do, we wait for their final decision or we submit the clarification documents on the way? Please help!?

Did you send any divorce certificate or document with your application? I think it should be very straightforward if the date of the divorce was granted does not overlap with the date of your marriage. Or another possiblity is that he is still married to another woman after that divorce. You have to inform cic immediately as appealing would take time.

sa amin sis sa q no. 6 ay yung first meeting talaga namin ni hubby as in personal na naming pagkikita yung isinalaysay ko..mula sa airport nung dumating xa hanggang sa airport nung pag alis nya ;D ;D

then sa q no. 9 naman super dami kong na kwento at naaliw lng akong mag type sa development ng relationship namin ni hubby hanggang humaba ng 8 pages lol.. nka 6 visits kasi asawa ko before kami nagpakasal kaya maraming akong naisulat sa question na yan hehehe *kinilig*

Thanks for the advice, we will then send right away the supporting documents that indicate he was been divorce a long time ago and an explanation letter regarding that divorce...

Oo same nga tayo..lapit na tayo mag email sakanila na maeexpire na medical natin kaya dapat bigyan na tayo ng visa..wag na magpa remed lol
