hello po ask ko lang yung application form for sponsorship of a spouse.. paano po at ano mga dapat simulan?.. kaialngan po bang complete all the requirements including the medical exam? before i send lahat ng documents ,, need help po


and about my passport i need to change my surname and civil status paano at san po?

yes, need to be complete with the copy of you emedical.. and the passport, I think u have to get new one kung gusto mo mag change ng surname.

yes sis nov. 8 kc ung skn kkdating lang dw 5pm ngtxt skn dhl, tas tinwagan ko.. wla kc dhl dto smen and hndi cla ngddeliver dto kya lahat dw ng from embassy pick up lng sknla.. yup open ang dhl ng saturday.. dntworry mga sis kau n susunod, batchmates tau ih tomorrow mrrcvd nyo n visa nyo

hi jolyn kindly check IMM 3905E . have it downloaded and follow everything written on it. With regard to medical exam requirement, the answer is yes, proof of medical exam is a must and should be submitted together with all the requirements.

in addition to this.... its ur discretion if u wanted to use ur Married name na but it still ok if Maiden mu pa ung gagamitin mu sa apps mu and passport. But in my case i'd changed everything na din from my passport and i used my Married sa apps ko i thought kc its mandatory but as per my hubby ndi pala...

Mga Sissy's question regarding Option c printout, my husband kasi just printed out his assessment sa CRA account nya. Would that be fine? he'll not request na from CRA.

yes sis its okie pa if Single pa ung gamit mu ndi daw xa mandatory na magpalit... kaya lang nman aku nagpalit into my Married name kc nag update aku ng record sa office so para fair sa lahat ginamit ko na ung MArried Name ko...hehehe
