Before kami kinasal, sa Batangas kami nakaobtain ng cenomar kasi dun kami nakatira, then nung nagaayos na kami ng papel for sponsorship eh nasa Zamboanga sya ngsstay so dun sya nahingi ng cenomar na hindi naman sya binigyan at one time lang daw nakakakuha nun tapos wala man lang inexplain sakanya na may ganun pala Advisory of Marriage kaya wala kami nasubmit na ganun. I will advise my hubby na kumuha nalang sya ASAP and sabihin sa kukuhunan nya na specifically kailangan nya ng Advisory of Marriage para kapag nagPPR na sya eh nakaready na, isasama nalang namin pag ipapasa n nya passport nya if ever irequest.

hi sis wella you can actually email the embassy about your situation or your sponsor cause they're prioritizing and giving immediate action to those applicants who was hit by the typhoon. malay mo visa kana agad agad.

How about pag yung mga relatives ko from Cebu and Leyte ang affected considered kayang personally affected ako or hindi? Like relatives ko sa Leyte until now wala kaming balita if buhay sila, wala kaming natatanggap na news kasi walang signal don. Yung kamag anak naman namin sa Cebu wala ng bahay wala din makain at tubig. Kahit nag ambagan kami mag kakamag anak dio sa Manila para makatulong sa kanila di naman namin alam papano mapapaabot yung tulong namin. Hindi ako makapag decide if eemail ko ba yung CEM or not. Ayokong gawing reason yung bagyo kailangan ko po ng suggestions salamat.

I guess sis, ang ibig nilang sabihin sa significantly and personally affected is yung principal applicant mismo and their immediate family. I am not sure how big their scope is when it comes to "typhoon victims" kasi for sure victim ka rin ng typoon "psychologically" kasi very stressful and depressing ang pinagdadaanan mo emotionally. I am pretty sure hindi nila basta basta iprioritize nalang bigla unless you show proof how affected you are, most obvious proof would be the address, alam nila how much damage was caused sa lugar niyo.

This is just my suggestion sis. I hope may iba rin magbigay ng comments nila.
