Inasmuch as I want to remain positive, I am now entertaining the idea that I MIGHT still celebrate Christmas here in the Philippines.

I would like to think that yeah, perhaps those who are getting their visas are not from this forum (that's why we are not aware). But as I look at the time sheet, we represent a pretty good sample of the whole population (of applicants). So how come not even one has gotten a visa recently?

I've read from somewhere that a tourist visa application was pretty quick. So the rumors must be true, the embassies are prioritizing tourist and work applications than spousal sponsorship.

YEp, it's in the SA letter sent by CIC that your papers is already forwarded to CEM

hi cranberries, we almost have the same timeline... what i think is that cem are giving visas based on the medical expiration. I have a cousin here that had the same timeline as ours except that he had her
husband done the medical last year of September. He received an email from cem like 2 weeks before the expiration of his medical asking for his flight sched in order to grant his visa. I even applied 2 weeks earlier than my cousin so i guess they are somehow basing it on the medicals and not just to those who applied first. What im saying is malapit lapit na ang visa dumating para sa atin since our medical exp will be on november. like a month or so? hehe... balitaan na lang natin ang isa't isa kung dumating na ang visa. Godbless sa ating lahat na nagmamasters in 'waiting' dito sa forum. ;D

it's not a visa it's open permits for live in caregivers released 2011 here in canada.gnon ang nangyayari sa immigration most of the times.kso ang mahirap pag nagbigay sila ng visa ng december mahal ang airfare pero pg dec.25 ka aalis un mura pero nman pasko nsa eroplano ka hirap yta un.

i tried to email cem using my wife's email as she was the principal applicant but no reply.

hello po, im new on this thread..andito po ako sa Canada and my common law partner ay mag start napo ng sponsorship sa akin and my 2 dependent kids na nasa Manila pa. Tanong ko lang, which application is faster po sa dalawa- Inland or outland? and sa may mga kids who is travelling with just one parent, ano po ang pinakita nyong court documents? thank u very much God bless and good luck po sating lahat Sana po ay matulungan nyo ako sa mga tanong ko po, thanks again

My wife is finally on her journey,,,she is in the Davao airport at 1pm,,,,,off to manila in 2.5 hours,,,,,i will see her in 2 days 9 hours
