The truth is i really hated rcmp in red deer and panoka.. I always have to slow down on those 2 places they have annoying unmarked vehicles that are so active.. But with tagum.. Probably its time to be friends with some one inside hahaha just kidding

can anyone can guide me on my problem? kasi po nag mail sakin CEM for additional requirement its for my daughter need nila medical i know kahit di isasama eh need kuwanan medical ang bata. but problem is ayaw nang biological mother nia maki cooperate. bago namin isend application namin sa CIC eh may letter attached na doon about this matter. i dont know why need padin nila medical nang anak ko. hope anyone can response on this matter

hi gud eve...asan po b yung bata nsa ibang bansa po b?kau din po ba biological father?sa akin po kc yung anak ko sa una na nsa states ksama ng father nya hiningan din ng documents at medical ng embassy kahit di cya ksama s canada...dependant nyo pa din po kc cya kng biological parent din po kau ng bata...un sbi ng cem s amin...kya lng dhil dun tumagal lakad papers nmin...

if you are married are you divorced ??
your husbund that applied for permanent resident in 2010 where is he now ??
can you clear your story up ??
if your husbund applied in 2010 .. via provincial nominee ?? or regular immigration ??

we cant help ease your mind if you wont tell us the whole story ... since we dont even know which category you are in ..

if you are being sponsored by your new husband .. you should be divorced/ annulled from your previous marriage if you were married .. if not you are not a family since new marriage without divorce/ annulment papers means your new marriage is invalid ...

if your husband is in canada .. via work permit and was applying for provincial nominee program .. then you have to wait for a long queue since they would only give pr to the once that the province really needed right away .. usually the priority there are skilled workers .. then .. for provincial nominee .. they will 1st process the papers review the application after they finalized it .. thats the time they would request a passport and they would the visa ready to be stamped on your passport .. and also if he applied for provincial nominee and sent his application to buffalo in 2010 .. you would experience delays as buffalo visa office was shut down that year and applications were sent to ottawa for processing all files was transferred about may of 2011 .. and due to back logs they have some of those papers were only accessed later 2012 ..

i know some mcdonalds crew who worked 4 years already here and still waiting for their papers .. also i know some welder and machinist who are skilled that only worked and got their papers done in a year .. being on a provincial nominee is really hard .. especially you are not skilled .. but i dont know what is your case .. im just giving some examples ..

hi gud eve...sorry sa story ko magulo...hindi po ako kasal sa una kong asawa yung anak nmin nsa kanya n po nsa amerika..yung husband ko po ngayon nsa canada n for almost 6 yrs. n and yes working visa po cya provincial nomination category pra magkaroon cya ng pr...yung una nmin po medical is issued last june 2011...after nmin mag medical hindi ppr ang binigay s amin kundi additional documents ng anak ko n nsa amerika at sinabihan din po kmi na mag under go din cya ng medical...sad to say sa pag process ng papers ng anak ko n nsa amerika dmi nging error dun s papers kya tumagal ng tumagal hangang smna expired n ung first medical nmin...so since 2011 first medical binigyan lng ulit kmi ng MR at updates ng papers nmin and new nbi nmin magasawa nito lng april 2013...so our papers is complete now with done medicals...up to now wala p cla respond s amin...ung mga ksama ng hubby ko s work 2yrs.lng andun n ung mga family nila..ano po kaya poblema ng papers nmin?

Sis this Sept. 10 pa ang flight ko! MANILA- VAN- OTTAWA... Wala pa akong idea about questions sa immigration at regarding naman sa mga dadalhin before we arrive, lists ng mga dnala natin yan nga pagakakaalam ko then wala na akong idea what else?

Hi Iay! mag kasunod lang tau nakatangap ng PPR , parang my nakareceived na ng visa august 6 sya
PPR, swerte nya.kailan kaya din ako.1 month na since naipadala ko ung passport ko.
