Ask lang po about my situation. hindi po kasi kami nagbigay ng AOM nung ngprocess ng application but SA na po c husband. makakaapekto po ba eto sa process ng papers dito sa manila? and if irerequest po ung AOM, kasabay na po ba ng PR? or irerequest po ba yun before magPR? Thank you po sa mga sasagot

We have the same situation! I overlooked the AOM, i thought we didn't need it anymore cause we already passed the MC, and I only read the cenomar part (hindi ko napansin may /AOM pala) I've already requested for our AOM and according to the posts i've read in this forum so far, CEM requests the AOM together with the PPR and other dox they may require..

in my situation. hindi cla nag request sakin ng AOM, ang submit kolng is Marriage certificate. and cenomar (Certification of no Marriage)
wag kayo mag pasa ng docs, hanggat d nila nirerequest..

kaya cenomar ang hiningi ng consultant ko. para daw malaman nila if parehas kami single ng wife ko. before kami nagpakasal.
and before nag land mrs ko proof n single tlga xa..

kasi sir/mam dba ung cenomar po eh isang beses lng nkukuha? wala na po kami kopya nun after namin ikasal.
