i think markel008 is correct. you can communicate your concern to them through email. it seems to me that the tenor of the letter does not require you to personally appear before them, in fact they used the word may.

Hi Guys! January 2013 applicant here. Thank God I received my visa na this afternoon. Got an email from cem last aug 22 requesting for booking cert before my medical expired on Oct 24, and 2 pieces of pic. went there this morning to submit it and ask me to come back at 3 pm for my visa. Pray lang tayo na lahat magka visa na. Wag mawalan ng pag-asa,tiwala lang. Aja! =)

bka yung mga letter nila pro forma meaning that may mga letter sila na available na and they would just copy and paste the words pero they would change certain details depending on the visa applicant.by the way congratulations and God bless sa marriage nyo.

can somebody throw light on this.i am confused, yung visa pedeng pinapadala through courier or kinikuha sa embassy? kelan dinideliver through courier at kelan din pinapakuha personally. i would appreciate anyone who could shed light on this. thanks

Aug.22- CEM emailed me for booking cert and pic.
Aug 29- went to CEM for addtional requirements and @ 3pm Visa stamped
