I SEE IN THE SPREADSHEET THAT AN APPLICANT (VINTA) GOT IN PROCESS AUGUST 14 AND DECISION MADE AUGUST 14,,,,GOT VISA ON AUGUST 15 AND LANDED ON AUGUST 20 BUT HIS MEDICAL CHECKUP WAS AUGUST 15 2012 ,,,,,DAN FROM SURREY MEDICAL IS AUGUST 15 2012 ALSO,,,,,,,SO DID IMMIGRATION LET THIS PERSON COME WITH AN EXPIRED MEDICAL OR IS THERE AN ERROR IN THE TIMELINE

I don't understand that its his medical that expired,,,,if your passport was expired you wouldn't get into the country,,,,now come to think of it ,,,you don't show your medical as you come in,,,,i quess it is up to the visa officer giving you your visa and passport,,,the medical has nothing to do with landing,,,,but I am getting vey pissed off that others applications are being worked on and mine lies dormant again,,,,completed for almost 4 weeks now,,,,,they give someone a visa that has only been waiting 11 months while I am at 18 months,,,,with scandalous delays, they have caused,,,,they wont even answer my emails

hmmm, im confused too and i don't know how to react with regards to your case.. but just hold old a little more.. hoping i won't be experiencing Vinta's case coz my medical will expire too this Sept 7 and i just sent my passport and other requirements awhile ago and according to lbc, by wednesday my package will be there.. i don't want a rush visa coz i still have many unfinished things to do

the cheapest ticket I can find for Friday 5 day window is for 2376 dollars compared to 840 dollars for sept 17,,,,mnl-van-tor

My 6th email to manila always over the standard processing time,,,only 1 reply so far ,,,,,,,,, Dear sir or madam, I am contacting you in reference to my wifes visa application,,,,at this time it is nearing almost 18 months in which it has been at CEM. The remedical results have been sent to you on august 1,2013, and I have yet to hear anything on our case as I had sent other emails and I get no reply, I can see other applicants under the standard processing time are still receiving visas although there is a strike going on. Could you please have our visa issued or send some kind of reply why it is not being issued. Thank you in advance
