hello. ang alam ko po ok n hndi na, mom ko kasi canadian husband nia pero d xa ngchange status sa passport nia, pero pwede rin n magpachange status ka na basta sa application mo un dn gagamitin mo na mga details, ung nasa passport. magback read ka po, madami n ganun topic.

Here's their website ( http://cfo.gov.ph/) It's located in Citigold Center, 1345 Pres. Quirino Avenue corner Osmeña Highway (South Superhighway)
Manila. You can take the LRT going to Quirino Station. Ask a taxi or a pedicab to take you there which is 10 mins away from the LRT station.

Not necessarily. As long as you use your maiden name consistently sa buong application and supporting documents such as NBI clearance, medicals and passport, etc.

But in my case I chose to use my husband's surname and had all my government IDs (SSS, BIR, Pag ibig & Philhealth) and passport updated for practical reasons. Para less hassle na for me in the future.

Can i ask how you printed your skype logs? did you use the program nirsoft then copy pasted it on excel or just copy pasted the whole history into MS word. Thank you!

I don't change my passport. I put my married status in my forms.

Same lang seminar...separate lang ng room/floor. Basta when you go there ask nyo kung saan ang pila ng spouse ng Permanent residents at ng citizens then sasabihn nlng nila which floor you should go to.Bring 2 valid IDs , marriage certificate & passport w/ visa. If possible pa xerox nyo n 2 valid IDs and ung marriage certificate nyo ksi yun din hihingiin sa inyo bago kau paakyatin sa taas.

as far as i know po dox un na nirerequest ng either applicant or sponsor to know po yung status ng applications... d po yun requirements,,,
