tnx much po. nakapagseminar n po ba kayo? sabi po kasi nun iba, may nakaattach s visa na pagseminar for attendance, sa makati, iba pa po b yun sa CFO?

Yes but I only attended the Guidance and Counselling Seminar to acquire the Guidance & Counselling Certificate required for renewal of my passport using my husband's surname who is a Canadian citizen. If may visa ka na, mas ok yun dahil they will issue the GCC certificate and the CFO stikcer after u attend the PDOS.
Yung seminar sa Makati yun yung sa COA (Canadian Orientation Abroad) initiated by the Canadian Embassy, pre-departure orientation din yun pero di naman ata required. Kung gusto mo lang mg attend hehe. Canadian Embassy will give you the flyer ata kpag na issue na sa'yo ang visa. GCMS stands for Global Case Management System. For tracking yn ng status ng application mo once you submitted it na.

Yes sis, the GCC and PDOS is required kasi after you attend both they will issue you the certificate and the sticker (ididikit s passport).It's important kasi hahanapin sau yan together with the visa ng immigration dito sa Pilipinas before departure. But if you have time, attend kn rn ng COA orientation , baka may ma discuss sila doon na wala sa CFO seminar hehehe.

Sa Taipei (Yanping Nan Lu) mismo ako kumuha ng police clearance ko last year. Di ko alam kung pwede kang kumuha kung wala ka doon. If I remember correctly, NT$110 ata per copy. Kumuha na ako ng two copies, in case kelangan ko for other purposes. Parang dalawang linggo inabot bago ko napick up yung police clearance ko.

Hello!!! Ask ko lang kase nag work din ako sa Taiwan but before I came back to pinas, kumuha nako ng Police Certificate Taiwan sa Miaoli, year 2008 at 2011 ako nag Taiwan 2x... Ngayon si cic ba gusto nya yung pinaka recent like this year 2013 or hindi naman basta may police certificate ka na pinasa from Taiwan?

Hindi .Isang seminar lang yan ng CFO.

If you go to CFO and you already have a visa,they will issue you the GCC & CFO sticker at the same day.

If you don't have the visa yet (for purpose of passport acquisition or renewal), they will only issue you the GCC. You will just come back there again if you already have the visa and they will affix the CFO sticker in your passport.

Sa ngayon hindi pa natin masabi kasi ang bagong update is 14 months processing, altho di naman lahat umaabot ng ganun katagal.
I guess, around 5-8 months from SA ang PPR.

Ako rin po nag change status na rin sa passport and all government IDs...para less hassle in the future. Kailan ka po pumunta? Baka mamaya magkasabay lang pala tau nun ahehehe

Kami po ni husband either last week of June or 1st week ng July.
