Jan 11 ako ngremed,so siguro by march pa, but ang inaalala ko naman yung passport ko 5 months na lang sa march.

huwag kang mag worry kasi sa rule ng Canada immigration, kahit one day nalang natira sa passport mo, e accept ka pa din sa Canada. kaya if sabihan ka ng embassy na e renew ang passport mo, e reason out mo na lang na valid pa yan.

i hope mayron na din sa yo...medyo matagal tagal na din yun...ano nga yung lacking documents mo sis? di ba na e submit mo na din naman ang remed mo, di ba? basta sis, count 2 months after the request of your remed, then give at least 7 days to wait for feedback...

Good morning!
On our case po, madami ang bnalik na pictures pero napansin ko na they kept some of it.
Pero lahat naman kasi ng pictures namin ay may soft copy po ako sa okay lng na hindi binalik ung iba.
About naman po dun sa printed copy ng conversation nyo, what i know po, is hindi naman po nila un babasahin...cgro they will just check na legit na nag-uusap kau...cgro by checking the sender and receiver ng message...kasi dba, nakikita po yun sa taas pg nag-print screen ka.
Tapos, wag ka dn magworry na magsend ng mga letters or cards nyo na baka dahil hindi ibalik kasi ibabalik po un and kung sakali lng na hindi ibalik, okay parin coz mas importante naman po na ma-approve kayo at mgkasama kesa sa mga letters.

regarding sa letters, the VO will check the content if it speaks familiarity of experiences between you and your spouse...so anything in the emails that corroborates the genuiness of your relationship, then it is much better...

Based on the posts that ive read... hindi lahat ibinabalik ang pictures. there are some na none at all..
regarding communication proofs, skimming and scanning lang ang process nila.. they for sure look at the dates, sender and receiver.. not much about the contention.. kaya kahit on our own language ok lang.

as in wala talaga lacking....last nila request was my police from sweden and it was March 23.2012 i submitted that one since application receievd lng talaga until jan.this year na in process sya at request sila remed....hubby emailed them to give decision and wats the problem on our application last jan5,,,2013...after 10 days they replied yon na in process ako at remed...

by the way we had plenty of pictures but hubby was kuripot on his ink so he just submitted 38 including wedding pictures i was shock..but anyway they dont have doubt i think cause they did not request more pictures...

sanaaaaaa nga sis but im really happy for both of u really the agony of waiting is done but i know u get it cause from ur previous post u had already a canadian address on ur ecas ...
