hello po

last 2 years ago po ay nag apply ako ng visit visa to UK pero hindi pinalad na makakuha ng visa kase not sufficient funds po khit na na may mag iisponsor sa akin, na refused po yung application ko... tanong ko lang po kung hindi ba ito mkakaapekto kung mag aaply ako ng spouse visa to Canada?
nakita ko po kasi itong question na to sa form "been refused admission to,or ordered to leave, Canada or any other country?" ano po isasagot ko jan? yes po ba or no?

Hi bien, just say yes then there's a portion on the form that requires explanation you could state there the reason of your visa refusal..in my case kc I applied for tourist visa in Canada but I was denied visa, so I put yes on that question and just explained the reason, wla nmn naging problema sa visa application ko for spousal kasi na released naman yung visa ko on time hope this helps, goodluck sa application mo

Ok lang po iyon, iba po yung Additional Family Information , natatandaan ko po yong tanong nyo na Accompanying you to Canada ito po po yung Application for Permanent Residence IMM0008 (04-2010) E page 2 Details of family members:

You must provide the following details about each of your family members, whether they will be accompanying you to Canada or not.
Nilagay ko po diyan ay yun pa rin po Papa, mama, 2 brothers, sister at niece ko po.

PANO PO TO? ANY RECENT PICTURE LANG BAH TOGETHER WITH MY FAMILY?

Supply nine (9) recent photos for each member of your family and yourself (accompanying and non-accompanying). Photos submitted must be properly labeled at the back with the applicant's name, date of birth and signature. Follow the instructions in Appendix B: Photo Specifications.

It's like having an i.d. picture for you and each of your family member. 'Family' in this context mean your husband and children. But if you don't have a child and your husband is the one sponsoring you then you will provide only your photo. You should bring the Appendix B : Photo Specification to the photographer for an accurate photo capturing.
You could find the Appendix B at the specific country instruction. Don't forget to put the applicant's name, birth date and signature at the back of each photo.

Tama po si shekinah ganun din po pinagawa ko po dito nakalagay po sa instruction na dalhin yung Appendix B sa photographer kaya yun po pinagawa ko tapos sabi po ng photographer VISA photo size daw po iyon.

ah okay po akala ko po kasi yung family ko (parents,and my brothers)...yung own family ko na pala, yes po meron akong anak na kasali sa application ko dependent ko po cya.... so tig 9 pictures po kami ng anak ko. thank you po ha hindi ko po kasi masyado maintindihan yung ibang instructions

Hi Susan musta n? Based Sa akin nabasa Sa isang thread is more or less than 4 weeks ung bago I finalized ung file mo ganun din Sa mga ngredo ng kanilang medical pero andyn parin ung case to case basis Sa nga mapadali ang hirap kasing mahitay lalo n ung mga mag1 year ung kanilang files .

No problem. Oo tig 9 sa inyong dalawa ng baby mo. All the 'family' context sa application mean you, your husband and children lang. You will only be ask about parents & siblings info sa Imm5406 - Additional Family Information.

Im just wondering what Courier to use when sending your Passport, Or is it better to just take it to the Manila Visa Office?And also when you finally have to go to Canada,what best shipping company to use for your stuff.
