Same po tayo, May 16, 2012 din nareceived ng CPC-M ung papers namin ng husband ko. I'm the applicant.
Yes, mvpardz is our fellow May 2012 applicant. Siya po ata pinaka-unang nagkaroon ng-PPR.
Kaya don't worry too much po. Marami pa po tayong nag-aantay and meron pa din naman April 2012 na wala pa din.
Although meron natanggap na AOR ung husband ko, meron din naman ung case na hindi nakakatanggap talaga.

Completed Appendix A ?(attached)for you and each of your family members,whether accompanying you to Canada or not. Passport details are not required for any family member who is not accompanying you to Canada.

Ok lang po iyon, Yun pong not accompanying ay yung mga dineclare nyo po na Additional family members nyo pero di mo sila isasama sa Canada dahil kung ikaw po ang principal applicant at mag isa ka lang na kinukuha ng sponsor. Ibig sabihin po wala po kayong Acccompany na family members unless po kung may anak po kayo or dependant na isasama.

Sa case ko po kasi ako lang po wala po kaming anak ni hubby ko pero ang mga dineclare ko sa Additional Family Information ay ang family ko sila Mama, Papa, 2 brothers & sister ko at yung niece ko po, sila po ang nilagay ko sa not accompanying to Canada po.

My husband has been already approved as a sponsor last August 13, 2012 and we are about to send the application for Quebec the 2nd week of October 2012 since my husband is from Quebec. My concern is my medical is going to expire on January 31, 2013 and I only have like 3 months from today before my medical expired. Could anyone tell me if I still have the chance to receive my Visa before the expiration? otherwise I need to redo my medical

case to case basis...just wait for the embassy to inform you that u need to redo ur medical...

Ok lang po iyon, iba po yung Additional Family Information , natatandaan ko po yong tanong nyo na Accompanying you to Canada ito po po yung Application for Permanent Residence IMM0008 (04-2010) E page 2 Details of family members:

You must provide the following details about each of your family members, whether they will be accompanying you to Canada or not.
Nilagay ko po diyan ay yun pa rin po Papa, mama, 2 brothers, sister at niece ko po.

last 2 years ago po ay nag apply ako ng visit visa to UK pero hindi pinalad na makakuha ng visa kase not sufficient funds po khit na na may mag iisponsor sa akin, na refused po yung application ko... tanong ko lang po kung hindi ba ito mkakaapekto kung mag aaply ako ng spouse visa to Canada?
nakita ko po kasi itong question na to sa form "been refused admission to,or ordered to leave, Canada or any other country?" ano po isasagot ko jan? yes po ba or no?

So far my application is about 70% complete. A few more questions, tapos plan ko magpa medical next week, and antay NSO documents like MC, BC and Cenomar. I hope na mapasa ko na sa asawa ko yung requirements on time. Wish me luck everyone!

Ihuli mo na yan medical mo...pag ok na un mga requirements mo at ibibigay mo na application mo dun ka nalang magpamedical...kasi 1 year lang validity ng medical.pero sabi nila 15 months...
