Ang status ng papel ko: Noong July 11,2012 na Send po ng Misis ko sa Canadapost eto po un address na ginamit: CPC Mississauga P.O Box 3000,Station A Mississauga,ON L5A 4n6.... July 12 nakarting sa mississauga. pero ang updated sa tracking is ITEM PROCESSED AT POSTaL FACILITY.. paanu po malalaman kung nareceived na ng CPC mississauga.. or hindi pa...

what i did before was hindi ko na ininclude yung middle name ko, yung family and given name lang nilagay ko, wala namang naging problem. kung magpamedical ka, make sure na a week or two after your period ka pumunta para hindi ka pabalikin for another urine test. HTH.

We finally had our diabetic retinoplasty done ! Unlike with the first opthamologist we went to wherein he said we need to be injected with a dye to dilate our eye vessels ( initial cost PHP6,000.00) and another test that will cost PHP13,000 and that the procedure will take one whole day, the specialist that we went to this time, at Medical City, Pasig was very straight and the procedure took only less than one hour. He has a US training.

There is a finding however of cataract which he said is normal for senior people ( I am 63 and my husband is 64). I don't know how the accredited clinic will take this. We will bring the doctor's report on Monday. Will keep the readers informed.

- Medical Report Section A Client Identification & Summary , (is this the letter to re-do my medical exam. ? )
(they gave me 60 days for this)

- Properly completed Schedule A form
- original and valid NBI certificate with dry seal and right thumb print
(they gave me 45 days for this)

swerte mo naman jennofer may news kana..btw i knew na mag redo ka ng medical kasi hindi ka umabot sa june1 law for extension nila..the gud thing yan nalang visa stamp kasi nag in process ka na..ako application receievd pa rin..
