ljpm, pls let me know if your hubby gets any update about his visa. my hubby sent got ppr on may 4 and sent pp on may 9, 2012 it's been more than 2 months and we're waiting for updates. i should be sooner as i read and heard some takes only a month to 2 to get their passports back (with visas).

hello sis Anu bha case niya before? dapat sis Cleared ung case niya from RCMP and sa court. then gawa xa nang explanation letter. about what happened before. then doon sa form na pini fill up .. dapat check niya if he committed a crime before maski abwelto na xa sa case niya before. kasi kailangan sabihin mo ang totoo. para di ka mag ka aberya. sa manila embassy. kasi sila ang pinaka higpit compared embassy canada.

Yes the CIC knew about it they asked for the court disposition and then after than he was approved to sponsor me..Now here in mANILA they asked for the RCMP.Today he went to an immigration lawyer and showing him the clearance and he said to send it right away coz it should be ok...Nothing serious he said and it's withdrawn and there's stay proceedings meaning he said, it's all discharges no jail time...And then we will just request to purge/destroy the records coz it's nonviction charges..he said to send it right away.

Onelove grabe nmn yan 1 year n ung application mo ala k png visa pwede ng iconsult Sa mp nyo talgang it's more fun in CEM Philippines

Hi.This is also my question before. My daughter's med expired already same with her police clearance. It seems nobody in this forum had an experience of doing med again before the request from the CEM or being asked PCC, etc.Maybe we have the same VO coz her PP is almost 5 mos now lol...it is just frustrating that others can get DM with not even a month of waiting after their PPR,and here I am waiting to be reunited with her with no changes in her ECas that doesn't even say it is in process..oh well it is just like a game isn't it?

hello sis Kessa kailangan mong hintayin ang request nang Manila embassy about medical and NBI clearance to renew. kasi may ibibigay sila na form para ibigay sa doctor to redo the medical of your Daughter. hope i can help you abit. kasi bago ko natanggap visa ko pati sa anak ko nag redo medical kami.

ask ko lang po ung sa ECAS ko po kasi bilang Sponsored Spouse, sabi po dun Medical Results have been received.

does it imply na nasa CEM na po ung File namin?

Yup, tanggap nang Manila embassy yong medical mo. so ibig sabihin nereview naman nila ang application mo. so wait kana lang kunti.... DM na kasunod niya if wala nlang silang iererequest pa.. Good Luck.

Isasubmit pa lang po namin maybe after a week coz he will send it to me tomorrow thru courier yes he included a letter there.Our immigration lawyer said nothing to worry, should be ok.Sa CIC don sa canada alam na nila yon kasi they asked for a cout disposition before sya naapprove hindi sya hiningan ng RCMP don dito lang...so hopefully we will make it...
