Our dear old friend (NOT) Immigration Minister Kenney wants to increase Federal Skilled Worker intake and DECREASE SPOUSAL INTAKE for 2012!!!! There is another thread about this, but long story short, write your MP and tell them that this is NOT acceptable!

This is bad news for the family class category... I hope this will not happen soon.

A question rises into my mind after reading the news:

How can immigration control the increasing number of immigrants under family class and also live-in caregivers? Can they dictate their locals who to marry or separate families such as those who have dependent family members living abroad? What are their means to implement this proposal?

Canada once claimed that they are the most immigrant-friendly among the developed countries across the globe and that they don't believe in separating families. Can it just remain to be like that? Canada is striving excellence in economy but there's no need for the governing body to suffer families.

1. needed ba talaga ang cenomar kahit married na?kasi nabasa ko sa tracker dito yung iba hinahanapan pa ng cenomar?
2. ok lang ba wala ako naipasa na mga cards at email?kasi hndi sweet asawa ko
3. and iv heard parang matagal na processing ng mga bound for toronto?kasi dami na tao dun?

1.) Hindi po cenomar ang need nyo pag married na, AOM po, advisory on marriage certificate, na makukuha nyo using the cenomar form.
I suggest kumuha na kayo nito agad para pag nagrequest na ng documents, nakaready na kayo. Lagi hinihingi ito kapag hindi nasubmit sa application.

2.) Kami rin walang cards, photos lang saka skype logs, chat logs, magic jack call logs, boarding passes, hotel vouchers
na nilagay namin lahat sa word document at ni-label.

3.) I'm not sure lang about sa processing for Toronto pero yung bestfriend ko na June applicant din - si andeng24 dito approved naman agad at may visa na.

married po ang status ko but separated since 2001 not yet annulled. meron po akong son sa una and then nagkaroon ako ng partner and then we have a 9 year old son (under my name) pero hindi po kami kasal. nasa pinas po sila at nasa abroad ako at the same time. ang tanong ko po, once i applied for canada, maisasama ko po ba sa application ko ung partner ko now ko tsaka ung 2 sons ko? advise naman po...salamat

Sa NSO din po nakukuha yung AOM, sabi ko nga po using cenomar form din.
kung may record ang marriage nyo, mag aappear yun sa AOM.

Skype logs namin saka chats are all print screen lang.
Cut ko lang yung di kasali sa for example Skype window tapos
yun na yung nakalagay sa document.

Papunta po ako sa Winnipeg, flight ko na this 11th.

Heheheh Ready mo lang just in case in the future hanapan ka ng additional proofs.
No, lahat ng chat logs namin as is. Yung mga documents na dapat isubmit in English
ay yung mga primary documents like birth cert etc.,

welcome to the forum..

answers:
1. when i passsed the AOM, CENOMAR din ang binigay sa akin which is pareho din lang.. you can apply sa NSO.. sorry if di kami pareho ng sagot ni trizienne...

2. ganun din kami ng asawa ko wala kami pinass na emails o cards man lang mostly pictures.. pero if meron layo other proofs send as much para maniwala sila sa genuineness ng relationship nyo..

3. processing is case to case basis, ontario din ako.. iba iba kasi V.O ang may hawak ng application so swerte if mabilis patience lang if medyo matagal..
