PDOS are being conducted at CFO.. and hindi kailangan ng reservation.. just be there early and have your docs photocopied kasi they are only accepting 60 person/seminar...

Yes, valid yang PRC id. Try to include either of the following. SSS Id, Driver's License, Postal ID, Voter's ID or any ID issued by the Philippine government and its agencies.

Hi, I just have a quick question, Im also an applicant under FAMILY CLASS/Spouse Category & I'd like to know if rectal & vaginal exam is included for the Physical Exam with Nationwide Health System Inc ? Can one refuse if he/she's under 50 y/o? Thanks in advance!
