kompleto po sa instructions ang bawat sulat ng CEM specially PPR, including addresses and how to send them and deadlines. When you submit, always accompany with photocopy of the cem letter and check/highlight the items you are sending para makita nila na nacomply mo lahat. Sending another list may just confuse the VO because he will go back to the letter anyway. He may not rely on your list if checking for compliance.
