Hi everyone! im super new here, been backreading on the posts and i can say andami kong natutunan na helpful info for our spouse sponsorship. i tried to read all pero d ko na kinaya, 970 pages na. hehehe. anyways i joined coz we'll be applying soon and we are starting to collate all the documents needed. anyways eto po background namin ng hubby ko:
2006- met and naging kami
january 2011- landed immigrant ako in alberta with my family (2002 pa nag apply dad ko as skilled worker)
february 2011- came back to phils
june 2011- hubby and i got married
as of present im still here sa Pinas and il be going back to Canada sa January 2012. thats the only time na maghahanap pa lang ako ng work then send na applications namin sa CPC-M. we are completing all the reqmts already and before i leave magpapamedical na rin si hubby para dala ko na lahat ng reqmts.sana makahanap ako agad ng work para maipasa ko na papers namin.
ask ko lang sana may cases ba here na ung sponsor eh ilang months palang nagwowork sa canada when they applied? un kasi ung nakikita kong maaring delay sa pagsunod ni hubby baka kelangan matagal na muna ako magwork bago ako maaprove as sponsor. di kasi kami sanay na mgkahiwalay ng matagal kaya as much as possible gusto namin mabilis sana ung pagsunod nya.. nkakainspire ung mga nababasa kong 3-4 months from applying anjan na ang visa

For spousal sponsorship, income is not required as long as you're not on social assistance (welfare).

probably not, kasi d ka naman ngfile pa ng tax return mo. pero ok lng yun, as long as may mga payslip ka na maiinclude sa application niinyo and u just have to write a letter why d ka pa nakkapgfile ng tax return.

hello everyone! iam new here and same with everyone else iam still waiting for my visa. I got a letter requesting for my passport last Sept 16. Iam sending it on monday together with other documents they requested. May napansin lang kasi ako sa mga earlier post tungkol sa AOM. LAhat ba hiningan nito? kasi sa case ko sa ngayon wla naman silang hininging ganun. Ang worries ko lang kasi sa ibang bansa kami ikinasal ng husband ko. Has anyone in this forum who was able to get their Visa pero di na hiningan ng ng AOM?? Please kailangan ko po ng reply.... thanks! Good luck po sa lahat!

if nakapag pass na kau ng AOM at MC kasabay ng application package, CEM probably wud not request for it anymore...

probably not, kasi d ka naman ngfile pa ng tax return mo. pero ok lng yun, as long as may mga payslip ka na maiinclude sa application niinyo and u just have to write a letter why d ka pa nakkapgfile ng tax return.

hi po question, for proof of relationship, will it be ok to send photocopies of cards, letters , tickets, etc or dapat po ba original? then sa photos po ba ok lang na scanned and printed sa bond paper para malagyan ng captions? would appreciate a feedback thanks!!!

dadating yun sis wants2b, sis ako nman may problem, until now di ko maopen ecas ni hubby, bkit ganun, pag nag try ako gmitin yung unique client identifier name lng ni hubby ang lumalabas pero walang update, nakalagay pa rin yung tick box na pag na-tick ko naman eh hindi na kami makaka-access sa net ng info...


May nka-experience po ba ng ganito na super talaga before ma-access ang e-cas (never ko pa po na-open yung e-cas ni hubby, DM po sya as my sponsor ng Sept 15.

sa amin ng hubby q all originals mas maliwanag kc and sa mga cards mas mainam un may stamp pa un envelope nun mas gusto nila kc makikita tlga un date dun lagyan u n lng ng caption isa-isa ganun ginawa q eh.

thanks po! cge bigay ko na lang originals ng letters and cards pero wala po kasing stamps dahil pareho po kami ng location so binibigay bigay lang namin sa isat isa hehe. as for small items like boarding passes, movie tickets, receipts, pwd po ba ipaste ko sa papel para naman maayos sila? hnd ko naman ibibind, para lang sana hnd makalat, hhe oks lang kaya un? sa pctures po sino na po nkexperience na scanned and printed on bond paper nalang po with captions at tinanggap naman po? thanks!

question po ulit.. sorry makulit po sa mga forms, did u guys type or handwritten? kasi nung kami naman ng parents ko ung applicant for immigration(skilled worker) ,typed ung forms namin. this time for my hubby, i prefer handwritten, pwede po ba? thanks!
