Under Spouse/Family class application, vital yung initial documents na e sa-submit kasi yun ang magiging basis for the Visa Officer whether he/she will ask another document(s). so sa initial stage ng application and submission, very important na yung mga identifying documents (i.e birth certificate, marriage certificate, cenomar or aom ) ay consistent at mag kakatugma na yung name and other details natin as issued nung designated agency which is the NSO plus of course yung sa passport at police clearances as well. On that basis maaring yung pag execute ng affidavit ay maiwasan na, of course we never know what the visa officer will ask since nasa kanila ang final say.. kaya at this point of application dont leave any stone unturned, its good na hindi late registered BC mo and your'e trying to change na rin yung name sa HS records mo, mabuti na yung handa.

Follow up lang tama yung mga advices nila ipaayos mo ng maaga para pag dumating yung time na irequire ka just in case prepared kana wala ka ng aalahahin. Correct din kung late registered BC mo may mga additional docs silang hinihingi to support your BC.

Hi! ung log lang... di namin pinakita ung content... print screen lang.... pati emails... ung pinakita lang namin ung content sa skype.... basta makita lang ung dates at makita lang nila na regular ung communications niyo... pati txt print screen ko... 4 screens sa isang paper....

ganito po yung sa akin.. sa emails, gumawa ako ng dedicated folder para sa lahat ng email messages ni misis, once e click yung folder makikita agad yung listing ng mga messages arrange by date and time ( latest to oldest) so considered as history at record ng communication na rin yun.. gumawa ako ng colored print-out ng mga yun, summary pa lang po yun pero medyo makapal na.. then on a monthly basis pumili ako randomly ng mga maka bagbag damdaming emails sa kin ni misis, siguro 3 to 5 emails yung na print ko per month.

Sa chat naman, medyo maka luma gamit namin ni misis, Gtalk at YM ang nag bridge sa min to fill the gap. ang maganda dun sa dalawa they retain chat logs at history so i printed out yung mga logs, then i printed din yung mga chat messages namin, selected nga lang per month, syempre i submitted yung mga chat demonstrating love inspite distance..

lastly, eto po yung idinagdag ko... gumawa ako ng cover letter explaining how me and my wife communicated, yung mga tools and medium that aided our communication line and syempre mga supprting documents to further prove yung communication namin sa isat-isa.

ganito ang ginawa namin:
sa chats --- print lng start and end part of each day usapan
sa emails --- print muna sorted emails from him (inbox folder for example) then print; tapos print one page for each email; ganun din sa sent emails ko for him

I printed out the chat records. copy paste ko sya sa word document. since nakalagay naman dun yung time and date. nag print ako ng few chat/month. since we chatted for 9 months lahat ng months na yun meron akong chat records. then nag print rin ako ng text messages namin. select mo lang kung ano ipprint mo. wag mo iinclude yung mga napag usapan nyo about immigration (if meron). important na include mo yung mga messages na may "sweet moments" nyo.
