Hello po magtatanong lang po sana ako. Yung appendix A po ba n document checlist at Appendix B yung photo specifications ksama po ba ito na isesend kasama yung iba pa pong mga form n kailangan s immigration? Kasi po nabasa ko kpag nag request na po ng passport my hihingin n appendix A mag ka iba po ba yun? Tsaka may nakalagay po kasi sa appendix A na supply 9 recent photos for each member of your family and yourself ( accompanying and non accompanying) di yung mama at papa ko at mga kapatid ko magpapakuha din po ba ng pic? Maappreciate ko po yung sagot niyo maraming salamat po.

hi there, ang pinasa ko eh copy nung binigay saken ng agency pag magsusubmit ka sa MOM...basta need mo mag pasa kung saan meron ka ng FIN number...yung parang id number sa SG ba...and please message me na lang if may tanong ka pa kasi po hindi ako madalas nandito sa forum ) at least marereciv ko sa email ko if may meessage ako dito tnx

Yung Appendix A ay nasa attachement ng email sa inyo.. idownload nyo yun.. di po yun document checklist.. nasa ibang stage na po kayo..

ang iinclude nyo lang sa Appendix A ay kayo principal applicant, dependents only.. di kasam magulang at kapatid or pinsan.. ang picture na kailangan ay tig-2 bawat applicant both accompanying at non-accompanying..

you can get it when your passport is requested. it's all about info of you and your dependents passport number and exipiry

hello, newbie lng po ako dito. gusto ko lang po itanong na talaga bang 8-10 months ang waiting bago magPPR. My possibility po ba na mas mabilis ung request ng passport kasi sa napansin ko dito karamihan 8-10months talaga. august and september na po ba ung nakakatanggap ng PPR ngayon, ang tagal pa po namin pala kasi february 2014 po ako ngfile dito sa canada and March 17,2014 po ako naaprove mag sponsor

Hello friends!!

This is regarding sa PASSPORT REQUEST.

So CEM requested my son's passport saka Appendix A . Dun sa letter na pinadala nila sa akin yung dalawang yun lng tlga ang hiningi. Although yung file na nkaattach dun sa appendix A eh may kasamang APPENDIX B which is the photo specification. Pero dun sa letter hindi nmn din ininclude yun sa requirement na ipapasa. Gnun ba tlga? Iba iba ng requirements?
Kinakabahan tuloy ako na bka kailangan pla ng pictures tpos hindi ko naipasa.

Tpos sabi din dun sa letter na i think standard letter nila yun sa lhat na magppdala daw sila ng medical instruction sa email pero wala nmn ako ntnggap. Siguro kc nkita nila na may medical na yung anak ko nung Feb. For his student visa application.

Pls. Enlighten me. Ty!!!

I've been waiting for like a week already (8 working days)

everyone is waiting to there turn,, di natin alam kung mapapadali sayo o hinde. kung yung calculation mo 8-9 months expected mo na yun.. kasi ang standard processing time ay 14 months. depende pa yan sa mga documents na pinasa mo. kung ako lang tatanungin mo gusto ko din mapadali sa akin.. kaso we need to wait.

Thank you trewmenn. Do they provide tracking #s or something? And one more thing, I've moved here in the US so, that does mean longer wait time coz it has to travel several miles more compared to mailing from Manila to within the country (Philippines) address.

Manila. I'm so worried coz I don't know if my passport might be lost in-transit.

CEM received my passport April 10. My ECAS changed to DM last Apr 18.

Does CEM e-mails any progress after that? How will I know if my passport is already on the way?

in your appendix A.. what address should your passport be delivered??
