Regarding the email inquiry, base sa observations ko, mas sumasagot sila sa email kung yung mismong Principal Applicant ang magsesend ng inquiry. I (sponsor) have emailed then 5-6 times after my husband got his PPR reminding them about his medical expiration, I never got any reponse from them. Then last week, I used my husband's email as if he is trying to inquire about his application, and VIOLA, nagreply agad after a week, and with the email pa is his remedical request.
I dunno kung coincidence lang na isesend na talaga nila yung remed nia anyway, but very surprised ako kasi ang bilis ng response nung email nia ang ginamit ko.
