Anyway, it should be the same forms sis, makikita naman dun sa checklist. Meron din forms dun for dependents which is specifically for the children. Sorry if I can't give you more comprehensive advice. I'm pretty sure people who have dependents will help you with your inquiry.

I'm from Quebec Montreal, so may iba ng konti ang process like sa forms. May mga forms na di na need kapag bound to Quebec ka. So I really can't tell which forms to be specific. Sa mga documents naman, since illegitimate child yung sakin and full custody ay nasa parents ko, ngpagawa ako ng affidavit of illegitimacy, full custody at permit to travel sa lawyer. Then the rest of the docs na listed sa guide. If you have a specific question, you can pm me anytime. ^_^

Ask ko lang what application form did you used for your daughter who is under 18? Kasi im helping my sister to do her app but then i dont know which one kung alin dun sa family class kc i sponsored my hubby and most of the form there are for spouse so im kinda confused. And since you have the same like sponsoring child only maybe you can help me .. thankyou sna mahelp mo me.. Ung specific form sna salamat samalamat tlga

Same as a spouse or dependent child ang mga forms, I am sponsoring my son only, I don't used the form that not need to my son, like spousal questionnaire and so... hope it helps, there's a guide too and it will help.

Regarding the email inquiry, base sa observations ko, mas sumasagot sila sa email kung yung mismong Principal Applicant ang magsesend ng inquiry. I (sponsor) have emailed then 5-6 times after my husband got his PPR reminding them about his medical expiration, I never got any reponse from them. Then last week, I used my husband's email as if he is trying to inquire about his application, and VIOLA, nagreply agad after a week, and with the email pa is his remedical request.

I dunno kung coincidence lang na isesend na talaga nila yung remed nia anyway, but very surprised ako kasi ang bilis ng response nung email nia ang ginamit ko.

"Application received" parin yung sakin. Bale my husband will redo his medicals before this week ends.
Right now, tinatapos pa nila ang pagbbgay ng Visa sa remaning 2012 applicants and then hopefully mag move on na agad sa atin mga 2013

Let's hope bumilis pa lalo ang pagrelease nila ng Visas.

Oo nga eh.. i hope na mareceive na natin yung mga visa natin.. but you think by the end of this month may update na tayo? Or maybe early next month?

Sa mga nagparemed, did you go through all the lab tests again? Just like the initial medicals?

Si sis Mrs.A kasi x-ray lang daw ang pinagawa sakanya for her remed. Altho most of the people I heard is inuulit lahat ng procedure.

Hi sis, how did you find out na inextend nila?

i tried to email CEM regarding this using my wife's (principal applicant) email... but no reply... i didnt send another one cause im afraid they will respond with an extension of her medical but i am expecting that now so i wont be that too disappointed. My wife's medical will supposedly expire this 14th of Nov.

Same with jangers, i emailed them i think mga end of september pa, using my sponsor's email pero no reply din, nilagyan ko pa ng URGENT!.. Pero nalaman ko lang nung oct. 2 na hindi nila inextend un meds ko nun nag email un MP namin na ang expiration daw ng meds ko ay sa Nov.13, so meaning d nila inextend,.nagpatulong kasi kami sa MP bago ako nag email.. Mga 2weeks ang pagitan bago ako nagemail regarding my meds expiration..
