Guys I need help po! Sa Form IMM 1344E APPLICATION TO SPONSOR, SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT, and UNDERTAKING kelangan ko po ba pirmahan yun "Signature of Sponsored Person" and put the date bago ko i-send sa Sponsor ko para pirmahan nya? Sabi kasi nung Agency hindi na necessary na pirmahan kaso natatakot ako na baka ibalik kasi di ko pinirmahan. Thank you po

kaya nga nandun un para permahan mo po, y would u not sign it eh ikaw ang sponsored person,,, wag ka masyado maniniwala jan sa mga agency.... mas ok pa na ikaw na lang mismo ang gumawa ng application mo at magtanong dito sa forum...

I can answer some of your questions.

1. The visa which will be placed in your passport states the issuance date and expiry date. You must use the visa before it expires. Usually tht date would correspond to a year after you take your medicals or may coincide with the expiration of your passport whichever comes first.

2. Visa is immigrant. The confirmation of permanent residence is different from the visa but will be sent together.

3. Again, you must travel before it expires. If you dont you would have to reapply. Validity of visa is case dependent. Some may be given a month some it may be 6 months. It really depends so better to. Check that when you get your visa.

I got my visa by 23rd of the month, and I had my flight to canada on the 24th. Once you receive it, pwede moh nang gamitin

2.) The permanent resident visa isn't the same as the travel visa, is that correct?

That permanent resident visa you'll received is the official document, usually stamped or glued inside your passport, giving you permission to enter Canada for the first time as a landed immigrant(meaning resident kana ng canada). There are other types of travel visa like visitors visa pero di yun ang inaplayan mo.
3.) How long do you have until your Visa expires? Do you have to travel certain deadline?

Expiration ng visa moh is the same as the expiration of your medical.usually 1year yun diba.

..Hi...Christine..andiesman is right.ang visa ay naka attached din sa loob mismo ng passport at makita mo doon yong visa expiration mo. Kailangan na once matanggap mo yong passport mo galing sa CEM tignan mo agad and expiration date ng visa mo.At bago magexpires yong visa kailangan ay makaalis ka na.2) Ang visa ay iba sa COPR( cONFIRNMATION OF PERMANENT RESIDENCE) 2 copies ang ibibigay nila sa iyo..1 sa client at 1 para sa CIC. Sabay itong ipapadala sa iyo along with other papers and pics.3)Ang visa expiration kasi nagabase din sa pagapply mo ng medical..kunyari nagpamedical ka last year october 2 2011..mg expire din sya pagka October 2,2012. Sana ok sayo ang explaination ko.. ..Ang COPR ay kailangan dalhin din kasi iyon ay hahanapin sa Immigration sa paglanding natin...

tama c ate balaize, sign it. why would they say ok lang di pirmahan kaya nga andon yon bec it has a purpose PARA PIRMAHAN ng SPONSORED. oo tama bago mo ipadala sa hubby mo check mo ng ilang beses ang signature ang date at mga infos na sinulat mo,mas ok na cgurado kesa mag aksaya ng pera sa courier, xerox mo lahat pag completed na ang forms tsaka mo send sa sponsor -then pagdating sa kanya paricheck mo ulit ung inulit ulit mo na chineck dito heheh at ung sa kanya din icheck nya ilang beses kamo since wla ka na access nong sa kanya - pero i suggest he makes a copy too of his completed forms para may copy kayo incase may maging problema... re APPENDIX A checklist sundin lahaaaat nirerequest don.. may iba dito kaya magrepresentative pero saming mga purita hindi na kaya ng budget kaya kami nlang ng hubby hehe. goodluck sayo frozenyogurt

Whaaaaa? ganun ba talaga un? eh panu yan sa medical ko last year September, naku! wag na man sana. Pero right now I got my PPR request I hope di kami abutan ng expiry date huhuhuh..nkakaloka na etu! huhuhu frustrated much naman!

Sent our application December 23,2011
my hubby received a notification letter from CPS-M February 19, 2012
I got my PPR request April 11, 2011
Right now the CEM asked me to submit to them the other documents like the Appendex A and B , NSO advisory on Marriages, my passport before 45 days I got my PPR but in the letter it says my PPR arrived last MArch 19 2012.
I am pissed off on our mailing system here (ordinary mail) , they are so delayed.
Now I need to get this done as soon as possible before the 45 days ends.
