What is an amendment letter? Did you provide pay stubs and if so how many? NOC? How long in job? When does permit expire? Did you leave Canada and return? If so when?Amendment letter provided by the employer
Did you get same refusal reason as OP? Post the refusal reason. So did he include payslips? What is his NOC? If promotion letter then does he have a new NOC that doesn’t match his LMIA? If so, employer needs to apply to amend the LMIA with EDSC. When does permit expire?Amendment letter is the Promotion letter with updated salary. He didn’t leave Canada.
Not unusual for it to take around 6 months.I reapplied by providing spousal employment letter mentioned teer. But last time it took only 15 days to process it. Now it took more than a month. I didn’t heard back from them. If anyone knows why it is taking these many days than usual, please let me know.

You and your child may not be meeting residency requirement to have qualified to receive provincial healthcare.Hi everyone,
Recently I heard that there is some restrictions for temporary foreign workers. In my case, I am working in the reputed IT industry and I came to India for a vacation to enjoy my maternity leave and I have to join the work back on coming November.Due to visa expired, I reapplied for extension. Will those restrictions applicable to me? .I am asking this because my husband is in Canada under LMIA.
What is your NOC and TEER? When does permit expire? What did you show that they will return to home country?Hi All,
I am on ICT closed WP working as Tech Consultant in IT firm since a year now and my organization had applied for my spouse's and son's application in dec and biometrics was submitted on Dec 2024. Today I received IRCC reply stating below
Spouse Rejection reason : You do not qualify under the IMP as you provided insufficient information to demonstrate that your spouse's employment is in a qualifying teer. refused under R205(C)(II).
Son's rejection reason: “The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the details you have provided in your application.”
The response from my org was "The work permit application was made under the Open Work Permit for Spouses category, and the reason given for the rejection was that she did not meet the criteria for another work permit category, which she does not qualify for and which we did not apply for."
Has anyone faced such issue and if anyone can help how do I proceed further.
Thanks
