What is your NOC and TEER? When does permit expire? What did you show that they will return to home country?

WP gets expired on 09/26. I have no visibility on my NOC or TEER I have requested for it. But I am assuming I fall under either TEER 0 or 1. Also the company has tie up with third party agency /immigration consultant who work on employee application filing, so I am not sure what was submitted.
What are the chances that I can have my family atleast on visitor visa while my org re-files for the SWOP.

Your LMIA has a NOC listed. You got a closed work permit based on NOC so not sure why you don’t know it. TRV is hard because you are in Canada and child was already refused for showing no ties to return. They have no ties (family/economic) to return to if you are in Canada.

NOC 21232 and I am hoping that TEER is 1 based on NOC.
If TRV is not possible, what could be the further steps.

May want to do it yourself or hire your own lawyer since you don’t even know what was submitted. The incorrect documentation may have been submitted and you need to know so the same mistakes are not made again. For both of their visas, you need to show where they will return to and why.
