What is an amendment letter? Did you provide pay stubs and if so how many? NOC? How long in job? When does permit expire? Did you leave Canada and return? If so when?Amendment letter provided by the employer
Amendment letter is the Promotion letter with updated salary. He didn’t leave Canada. I don’t know about noc. Could you please tell us about noc and the proof we need to provide
Did you get same refusal reason as OP? Post the refusal reason. So did he include payslips? What is his NOC? If promotion letter then does he have a new NOC that doesn’t match his LMIA? Hi, in the same boat. Reason in the letter is "You do not qualify under the IMP as you provided insufficient information to demonstrate that your spouse’s employment in a qualifying TEER. Refused under R205(c)(ii).\n"
We did submit the employer's letter mentioning NOC code and TEER 2 along with all duties that match those in the NOC 2021 list, T4, last 3 paystubs, NOA from CRA, 3 months' Bank statements.
Is there anyone who applied for a reconsideration and heard back from IRCC? Just trying to see what may come around quicker--reconsideration or reapplying?

I reapplied by providing spousal employment letter mentioned teer. But last time it took only 15 days to process it. Now it took more than a month. I didn’t heard back from them. If anyone knows why it is taking these many days than usual, please let me know.

Recently I heard that there is some restrictions for temporary foreign workers. In my case, I am working in the reputed IT industry and I came to India for a vacation to enjoy my maternity leave and I have to join the work back on coming November.Due to visa expired, I reapplied for extension. Will those restrictions applicable to me? .I am asking this because my husband is in Canada under LMIA.
